SOLUTION: A lower six-axial work grasping robot 3 has the degree of freedom for the movement and posture in a three-dimensional space of a work, and an upper welding robot 2 has the degree of freedom for the movement in the three-dimensional space in a state that a posture of a welding torch T is constantly fixed in the vertical direction for welding the work. An arm of the welding robot 2 and an arm of the work grasping robot 3 are mounted on one surface of a common column base 1 in one movable region, so that both arms are expanded and contracted in the same direction and compensate to one another when an installation environmental temperature changes in the co-operating work, whereby the error in the expansion and contraction of arms is reduced, and the relative positioning accuracy in the co-operating work can be ensured.
