    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cage carriage capable of receiving a cold package in the pipe cage carriage for moving and carrying it while keeping a cooling state, and easily and surely mounting and fixing a cooling unit having a refrigerating cycle to the cage carriage.
      SOLUTION: This pipe cage carriage is composed of a cage carriage main body 2 constituted by fixing a cage body formed into the container shape by joining vertical pipes 5a and horizontal pipes 5b disposed like a fence on a carriage, a heat insulating sheet 6 disposed at an inner face side of the cage body, and a cooling unit 7 provided with a compressor 8 and a condenser 9 forming a refrigerating cycle in a machine chamber 11, receiving an evaporator 10 in a cooling chamber 12 composed of a heat insulating wall material 15 and having a cold air flow out channel 13 and a return flow channel 14, and having the cooling chamber at a lower portion of the machine chamber. An engagement portion 17 of a back face of the cooling unit is engaged with the horizontal pipe 5b of a back face upper portion of the cage carriage main body, the cooling chamber is disposed in the cage carriage main body at a lower part with respect to the engagement portion, and the machine chamber is positioned at an upper part of the horizontal pipe of the back face upper portion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit stopping operation by detecting undercooling of a cooling object by not just control of an electric system but also by a compact mechanical configuration, and securing safety of a user by preventing undercooling even if there is a malfunction in the electric system by double detection control of carrying out control by detection of a temperature sensor.
      SOLUTION: In the cooling unit, an evaporator of a refrigerating cycle is housed in a cooling chamber 21 formed by heat insulating wall bodies 19, 20, provided with a cooling fan and a blowout air duct 27 and a return air duct 28 for cold air, and the produced cold air is blown on a cooling object 26 side by the cooling fan. The refrigerating cycle and the cooling fan are controlled by a cold air temperature of the cooling object side, a circulation air duct 26c is formed, adjusting the blown out cold air and sending it to the cooling object, and returning it to the return air duct. A bimetal 31 operated when a cold air temperature drops to a predetermined temperature or lower to cut off a power circuit is provided in the circulation air duct near a return opening to the cooling chamber from the cooling object.

    • PURPOSE:To save the useless consumption of an electric power and permit the elongation of the life of catalyst, by a method wherein the starting and the stopping of an ozone reaction type deodorant device are synchronized with the starting and the stopping of a cooling device in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A deodorant device 3 is arranged at the deep part of a refrigerator 2 and a suction port 5 is formed at the rear part of the lower surface thereof while a discharging port 6 is formed below the front surface of the same. On the other hand, an ozone generator 13 is attached to the uppermost part of a fore side passage 10 and an eaves type projected wall 14 is provided below the generator 13. A catalyst 15 is positioned below the projected wall so as to cover the whole of the upper part of the fore side passage and a fan is attached to the lower part of the catalyst. The switch 20 of the deodorant device is connected to the input terminal T of a flip flop circuit 22. The output terminal Q of the flip flop circuit is connected to one of input terminals of an AND circuit 23 while a driving circuit of a compressor in the refrigerator is connected to the other input terminal of the AND circuit 23. According to this constitution, the starting and stopping of the deodorant device may be synchronized with the same of the cooling device whereby the useless consumption of an electric power may be saved and the life of the catalyst may be elongated.

CONSTITUTION: A refrigerant to be discharged from a compressor 17 in a refrigerating cycle is supplied to a main cooler 5 in the normal cooling operation and to a cooler 13 for cold storage in the cold storage operation for cooling a cold storage material 15 in a power surplus time zone at mid night. A thermo siphon 14 is provided between a cold storage tank 12 housing the cooler 13 for cold storage and the cold storage material 15 and the main cooler 5. A refrigerant herein used for the refrigerating cycle is chlorofluorocarbon R-502 with a cooling capacity higher than widely used chlorofluorocarbon R-12. This enables sufficient cooling of the cold storage material without high frequency operation of the compressor with an inverter device.

    • PURPOSE: To cool a cooling chamber sufficiently, even when the cold storage of a cold storage material is insufficient, by performing a normal cooling operation by a compressor at the time when the temperature of the cold storage material is a set value or higher even during the time zone of the cold storage cooling operation by the cold storage material. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator performs a normal cooling operation to cool inside the refrigerator by operating a compressor 1, and a cold storage operation to store cold heat in a cold storage material, and also it selectively carries out a cold storage cooling operation by the cold storage material that has stored cold heat by time zones. This refrigerator is provided with a sensor 16 that detects the temperature of the cold storage material 10. When the temperature of the cold storage material 10 by the sensor 16 is a predetermined value or higher, the normal cooling operation by the compressor 1 is performed even during the time zone of the cold storage cooling operation by the cold storage material. Thereby, setting the inside of the refrigerator into an insufficiently cooled condition due to the insufficient cold storage of the cold storage material can be prevented positively.
