摘要： In an error-correcting apparatus for correcting errors included in reproduced data which are stored in a RAM, a syndrome generation circuit, a polynomial calculation circuit for calculating an error position polynomial and an error value polynomial, and a position calculation circuit for calculating an error position are operated in parallel. A divider section of the error-correcting apparatus has a divider for performing the division of highest-degree coefficients of two polynomials, a multiplier for multiplying the coefficient of the polynomial set in the divisor side of the divider by the output of the divider, and an adder for adding the output of the multiplier and the coefficient of the polynomial set in the dividend side of the divider. The divider section executes the division over a Galois field while sequentially shifting the contents of registers which store the coefficient data of the dividend polynomial.

摘要： A power conversion device connected between a storage battery and AC system charges the storage battery with power from the AC system and discharges power from the storage battery to the AC system. The power conversion device includes a DC/DC conversion circuit performing conversion between a storage battery voltage and DC bus voltage, a DC/AC conversion circuit performing conversion between the DC bus voltage and AC voltage of the AC system, and control circuits controlling the DC/DC and DC/AC conversion circuits. The control circuits select either step-up control or step-down control for the DC/DC conversion circuit based on the storage battery voltage, the storage battery charge state, and a control range of the DC bus voltage, set a control target value of the DC bus voltage, and control the DC/DC and DC/AC conversion circuits by the selected control method so the DC bus voltage becomes the control target value.

When the received packet data is stored in a memory (53) and the packet data is output in accordance with time information added to the received packet data, a clock frequency deviation between a sending device and a receiving device is calculated on the basis of the integration result of the amount of the received packets temporarily stored in the memory (53), the number of the received packets which have been processed, and the measurement result of the integration time used for integrating the amount of the received packets. A read timing offset of the received packet is obtained on the basis of the calculation result of the clock frequency deviation.
