SOLUTION: The fuel cell module is provided with an assembly which has a plurality of tube-type fuel battery cells arranged at the top-most vertices of a polygonal and conductors which are arranged so as to contact the plurality of tube-type fuel battery cells in the space surrounded by the plurality of tube-type fuel battery cells, and a current collector member to contact the assembly, and a case member which houses at least the current collector member and a plurality of assemblies. Contact of the plurality of the tube-type fuel battery cells with the conductors, and/or the contact of the assembly with the current collector are maintained by an elastic force that is given from the case member to the current collector member and the plurality of assemblies.
