摘要： PURPOSE:To discriminate a known sound source which an unknown sound source is close to, by using weight functions depending upon lengths from sound sources and sensors to obtain weighted variance values of differences of sound arrival time between known and unknown sound sources for respective sensors and using these values as indexes of resemblance. CONSTITUTION:When a computer 101 is started, output signals of amplifiers 101-10N are sampled at a proper period and are stored in a storage device 120. Comparators are provided for amplifiers, and the computer monitors whether each detection signal exceeds a set level or not simultaneously with sampling operation of data; and if it exceeds the set level, it is reported to the computer by an interrupt signal from the comparator. When the computer detects the generation of an abnormal sound, it stops data sampling. At this time, this data is stored in the storage device, and indexes of an unknown sound source to K-number of known sources are calculated on a basis of this data, and a minimum index is searched from K-number of indexes, and its number is displayed. As the result, the known sound source which the unknown sound source is close to is discriminated, and an accurate position of a foreign matter is detected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to discriminate the rubbing position from the peak of a position identifying signal and the phase of revolving pulses immediately, by corresponding the pulse interval of a rotating pulse signal to the distance between rotor shaft lengths or audio sensors. CONSTITUTION:To detect the audio signal in rubbing a rotor 7 with a standstill body 8, audio sensors 9, 10 and an electromagnetic pickup 12 are provided respectively across the body 8 and at a projection 11 to obtain the rotating pulse signal. The distance between the sensors 9, 10 is corresponded to one interval of the rotating pulse signal. The detected signal is input to a time difference measuring device 13 to measure the difference of arrival time when a peak of the audio signal is recognized. Next, a divider 14 converts the difference of arrival time into the rubbing position.

When this time differential comes to minimum, the moving body 200 is stopped. With this constitution, positioning accuracy is improvable.
