When a mobile router (104) advertising a first address prefix receives a data packet associated with a source address with the first address prefix, and the mobile router selects, for routing to a home network, an external access (112) accessible from another mobile router (105) advertising a second access prefix, the mobile router will: de tect that the source address of the data packet has an address prefix different to the second address prefix, provide the data packet with a different source address having the second address prefix, and transmit the data packet to the other mobile router for subsequent transmission via the selected external access (112) to a home network (117) of the moving network.

摘要： The present invention relates to moving networks in communication systems. An object of the invention is to provide moving network nodes (205, 206) in a moving network (201) with the ability to simultaneously access several external access networks (211, 212, 213) accessible by different mobile routers (204, 207) such that a data packet directed to an address external to the moving network can be sent from a moving network node via any of the mobile routers (204, 207) and via a tunnel setup in any of the simultaneously accessible external accesses to a home agent (216) in a home network (215) of the mobile router. This is achieved by synchronizing between the mobile routers data regarding the external accesses of each mobile router, and, when a data packet is received at a first mobile router (204), the first mobile router selects external access based on the synchronized external access information, information in the data packet and optionally also based on access selection policies. If a selected access belongs to e.g. a second mobile router (207), the packet is forwarded from the first mobile router to the second mobile router before it is sent to the home agent (215) via the tunnel setup through the selected access (211).

摘要： The present invention relates to a method, a protocol and a control unit for managing devices in a Personal Area Network (PAN) (100) such that a user of the PAN can use one of his devices and take advantage of services residing in any of the other devices in the PAN (100). The devices in the PAN are defined as either PAN controller devices (200, 210) or PAN auxiliary devices (250) depending on if the devices have user interfaces suitable for controlling a PAN. When the PAN is managed according to the invention, the PAN controller devices (200, 210) and the PAN auxiliary devices (250) communicate with each other via short-range communication means (201, 211, 251) to exchange each other's PAN related information such that PAN related information is synchronized in the network. At least the PAN controller devices (200, 210) store received updated PAN related information from the other PAN participants such that the user can see an updated picture of the PAN on the PAN user interfaces (202, 212). An emulated LAN (1) encompassing a number of moving networks (11, 12, 13) is formed by means of a set of layer 2 tunnels (t11, t12, t13) that interconnect a home agent (15) with mobile routers (17, 18, 19) in the moving networks (11, 12, 13). 摘要： The object of the invention is to achieve a solution for managing the use of simultaneously accessible access resources (211, 212, 213) connecting a mobile router (204) of a mobile network (201) and a home agent (216) in a home network (215) of the mobile router (204) by means of a tunnel in each access resource (211, 212, 213), such that it is controlled which access resource a data packet travelling in any direction between the mobile router (204) and the home agent (216) is using. This is achieved by having the mobile router (204) controlling the use of the access resources (211, 212, 213) both for packets sent in the direction to the home agent (216) and for packets sent from the home agent to the mobile router (204). For this reason, the mobile router classifies a data packet that is to be sent to the home agent based on information in the packet and selects an access resource for sending the packet based on the classification. The mobile router also sends implicit or explicit instructions to the home agent regarding how the packets should be routed from the home agent to the mobile router.
