CONSTITUTION:When the high frequency voltages having the time phases which differ from each other at 90 degree are applied to two pairs of piezoelectric elements 12, 25 directed reversely to each other and polarized, the piezoelectric elements expand and shrink to generate two standing waves in a first and a second annulus oscillators 6, 7. Both these standing waves are made to interfere mutually to be a travelling wave in the circumferential direction. The elliptic movement having the rotating direction reverse to the travelling direction of the travelling wave of the annulus oscillators is given to the abutting part of rollers 15, 24 of the respective oscillators and a card 1 of projections 16, 23, and the card 1 is carried to the direction as same as the rotating direction of the elliptic movement with the frictional force between the projections 16, 23 and the cards 15, 24.

CONSTITUTION:The high frequency voltage having the frequency which accords with the natural frequency of a plate-shaped vibrating plate 13 and disc-shaped vibrating plates 16 and 17 is applied onto the first and second piezoelectric elements 20 - 22, which are two-phase driven. Then, the first piezoelectric element 20 extends and contracts in the direction of arrow A, and the plate-shaped vibrating plate 13 is vibrated in the transport direction. Whole, the second piezoelectric elements 21 and 22 are extended and contracted in the respective surface directions, and the vibration in the radial direction is generated on the disc-shaped vibrating plates 16 and 17. These movements are synthesized to form the multimode vibration, and a transport force is generated by the contact between a vibrating body 1 and a transport board 2, and a card 1 is transported. With this constitution, the number of parts and assembly manhour can be reduced, and the weight can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To contact a printing head with recording paper under pressure by definite proper contact pressure force regardless of the thickness of the recording paper by automatically adjusting a head gap, by mounting a spring for imparting the rotary force in the direction of falling of the printing head to an eccentric shaft and a rotation transmitting mechanism for transmitting the rotation of a drive motor to the eccentric shaft. CONSTITUTION:A spring 36 rotates an eccentric shaft 32 at the time of the detection of a zero position and allows a printing head to fall to be pressed to recording paper. A rotation transmitting mechanism 35 is equipped with a one-way clutch 46 for transmitting the rotation of a drive motor 34 to the eccentric shaft 32 at the time of head gap setting operation raising the printing head by definite quantity after zero position detecting operation. Therefore, the head gap can be automatically adjusted. Because the pressure contact force to the recording paper of the printing head is obtained by the spring force of a spring 36, even if the thickness of the recording paper is different, the difference thereof is slight and, therefore, constant pressure force is obtained. As a result, the compression change of the recording paper is reduced and the detection accuracy of the zero position is enhanced and the head gap can be set to a constant value.

    • PURPOSE:To attain instantaneous display of accurate running location of a tape, by providing a revolving body forming a magnetic field and a conductor having a part shutting the magnetic field and supported coaxially and freely revolving with the revolving body, fixing a display means of the conductor and revolving the revolving body by the revolution of a reel shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the revolving body revolve, an eddy current is produced at a shut section and an angular moment in the same direction as the revolution of the revolving body 1 and proportional to the number of revolutions of the revolving body 1 is generated in the conductor 6. On the other hand, a reset force in the opposite direction as the angular moment is given always to the conductor 6 by means of a hair spring 9 one end of which is fixed to a cut-bending part 8a of the frame 8 and the other end of which is fixed to the support shaft 7 of the conductor 6. Thus, the conductor 6 turns until the angular moment balances with the reset force by the hair spring 9. A pointer 10 as a display means is fixed to the tip of the support shaft 7 and turns incorporatedly with the conductor 6. The tape running location is read by giving a scale on a front panel 11 opposing to the pointer 10.

A digit wheel mounting part 39 and a pinion mounting part 40 are provided on the inner bottom of a frame 3 and these mounting parts 39, 40 are turned upside down, so that the digit wheels 29 and the pinions 28 are mounted on the upper mounting parts 38, 40 and a digit wheel shaft 28 and a pinion shaft 35 are inserted into the respective holes of digit wheels 29 and pinions 36 from the outside. Consequently, it is unnecessary to fit individual digit wheels 29 and pinions 36 independently to their shafts, simplifying the assembling work.
