    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy fluidizing method of a soil-cement slurry that gives sufficient fluidity and fluidity-holding property to the soil-cement slurry and thus simultaneously attains injection workability of a stress-holding material (H steel), large reduction of generation of construction sludge derived from reduced injection rate of cement milk into the ground, and ample water-stop capacity and strength of a soil-cement wall derived from promoted uniform mixing of the cement milk and soil.
      SOLUTION: The fluidizing method of a soil-cement slurry is characterized by using the cement milk that is mixed with the soil so as to contain 2-40 kg of an aqueous solution of a fluidizing agent per 1 m
      3 of soil and 0.002-0.5 kg of a defoaming agent per 1 m
      3 of soil. The aqueous solution of a fluidizing agent includes 5-50 mass% of the fluidizing agent and is prepared by diluting with water the fluidizing agent that contains 20-80 mass% of A component, 10-70 mass% of B component and 2-20 mass% of C component (100 mass% in total), wherein A component is a water-soluble vinyl copolymer of a mass average molecular weight of 2,000-60,000 obtained by alkali-hydrolyzing a copolymer of isobutylene and maleic anhydride using an alkaline hydroxide; B component is sodium carbonate and/or potassium carbonate; and C component is one or two or more compounds selected from a saccharide, an oxycarboxylic acid and a salt of an oxycarboxylic acid.
