    • PURPOSE:To improve water resistance and workability in a precast floor block. CONSTITUTION:A PC floor block 1 is provided with a precast concrete floor block body 2 and a water resistant pan (shower pan) 3 whose backside is embedded in a top face of this floor block body 2. In this water resistant pan 3, a floor surface is covered with tiles 10. Each rising piece 11 is installed in four corner edges of this water resistant pan 3. Among these four corner edges, in two-side parts along the circumference of the PC floor block 1, a wall panel mounting part 12 is provided toward the outside from an upper end of this rising piece 11, and a wall panel 13 is erected on it. Likewise two anchor pieces 17, 25 are installed in the pan 3. Accordingly, since the backside of the pan 3 is embedded in the concrete floor block body, it is excellent in water resistance. Durability in this waterproofness is very good as well. As it is produced at a factory, execution workload at a construction site is very few. Since the backside of the pan 3 is embedded in the floor block body 2, floor height (stamping height) of the pan 3 is low. In addition, the extent of effective thickness in the precast concrete block 1 is enlargeable. Moreover, owing to an anchor, a bonding property between the water resistant pan 3 and the floor block body 2 comes to being high.
