摘要： Rubbery polymers can be formed having the general formula: R1R2N—(CH2)n—X—CH2—CHR3R4 wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from a group consisting of alkyls, cycloalkyls, alkenyls, cycloalkenyls, aryls, phenyls, heterocycles, acyls, and silanes, or R1 in combination with R2 forms a heterocyclic ring; n is an integer from 1 to 20; X is selected from a group consisting of sulfur, a phosphorus moiety, and a silicon moiety; R3 and R4 are one of hydrogen, alkyls, alkenyls, and at least one of which includes reactive unsaturation such as an alkenyl group. Moreover, this invention discloses a process of making functionalized rubbery polymers from the functionalized monomers.

摘要： The present invention is directed to compositions having an effective amount of Adenosine Triphosphate (“ATP”) sufficient to effect intracellular and extracellular concentrations of ATP in a mammal to improve anaerobic exercise capacity by increasing muscle size and/or strength and methods for using the same. Preferably, a gastric acid secretion inhibitory coating is applied to the effective amount of ATP in a manner that protects the ATP from degradation by gastric juices. ATP compositions of the present invention may be administered in nutraceutical or functional food dosage forms, including oral and non-oral delivery forms. In addition, the effective amount of ATP maybe combined with amino acids, botanicals, functional foods, herbals, nucleotides, nutraceuticals, nutrients, pharmaceuticals, proteins, and/or vitamins in an effort to enhance the targeted activity of the composition.

摘要： In a telecommunications system (100), a method and apparatus for priority queuing of callers requesting an opportunity to speak during a push-to-talk call is disclosed. The method includes defining a group for a call in response to a user input (210, 410), assigning a priority level designation to the at least one participant (220, 420), and granting access to transmit speech in a push-to-talk call based on the priority level (270, 280, 290, 300). The apparatus includes a first server (150) and a second server (140) communicatively coupled to the first server. The second server is programmed to implement the steps given above.
