Said method is characterised in that an aqueous application suspension containing calcined kaolin, with a solid content of between approximately 25 and 75 wt. %, is applied at an operating speed of at least approximately 500 nm/min in a curtain coating method and is dried. Said method is technically simple and economical to perform. In particular, the method enables the use of the curtain coating method at a higher speed of more than 750 m/min and in particular more than 1500 m/min.

摘要： In a respirator mask in which the visor panels can be covered by light-absorbing supplementary panels, first and second snap-in hooks are molded onto opposite sides of the visor panel and a stop is molded onto a corner section to form a guide pocket. The outer contour lines and the convexity of the visor panel and the supplementary panel are identical. To attach the flexurally elastic supplementary panel, it is first fastened in the guide pocket and on the first snap-in hook. Then the opposite side is locked into the second snap-in hook after flexing the supplementary panel.

摘要： The invention relates to a head harness for a respirator which comprises a head plate (1) that is elastic in the X direction and that is substantially nonelastic in the Y direction. Front straps (2), temple straps (3) and neck straps (4) are fastened to the head plate, only the temple and the neck straps being extensible. The strap buckles (5) provided for fastening the front and temple straps to the mask base are rigidly adjusted according to the head size so that the mask is already correctly positioned and preliminarily fixed when put on and only the neck strap has to be readjusted. The head harness can be adapted to different head shapes and sizes and allows for a high wearing comfort. The respirator can be quickly and easily put on.
