摘要： A water-based intermediate coating composition which contains a water-dispersible polyurethane composition is used. Here, the water-dispersible polyurethane composition is obtained from: a polyisocyanate component containing diisocyanate as an essential component; a polyol component containing polycarbonatediol with an average molecular weight of 500 to 5,000 and carboxyl group-containing diol as essential components; an amine component containing a monoamine compound as an essential component; a carboxyl group-neutralizing component; and water. A three-layered coating film including the water-based intermediate coating, a water-based base coating and a clear coating is formed through a wet-on-wet process on a material onto which an electrodeposited coating film is formed. Thereafter, the three coating films are baked and cured at the same time, thereby forming a multilayer coating film.

摘要： A developing roller of the present invention is made up of a nonmagnetic sleeve and a magnet roller disposed in the sleeve. The magnet roller includes a cylindrical magnet produced by molding a mixture of magnetic powder and a high polymer, and a single rare-earth magnet block mounted on the magnet at a position corresponding to a main magnetic pole for development. The cylindrical magnet is magnetized such that magnetic poles adjoining the main magnetic pole are opposite in polarity to the main pole. The main pole and each pole adjoining it make an angle of 45° or less therebetween.

摘要： Disclosed is an acrylic copolymer type of cissing inhibitor effective in restraining both of self-cissing and oil cissing. The cissing inhibitor for the cationic electrodeposition coating compositions is a polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 1000 to 50000 obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing (A) a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer having a chain hydrocarbon group with a carbon number of 6 or more and (B) a polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer having an amino group, characterized in that the amount of the polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (A) occupied in the above-mentioned monomer mixture is 20% by mass or more, the total amount of the above-mentioned polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (A) and polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (B) is 40% by mass or more and the amount of the above-mentioned polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (B) is larger than that of the above-mentioned polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer (A).
