    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan filter unit capable of suppressing the out gas volume and generation sounds.SOLUTION: A fan filter unit 10 includes: a blower fan 16; a filter 22; sound absorbers 36; a motor 14; and a casing 24 which houses those components, and cleans air suctioned into the casing 24 by the filter 22 to blow out the air to the exterior of the casing 24. An impeller 12 of the blower fan 16 is composed of vane type blades 12a. Each sound absorber 36 is made of a material with low dust emission and low out gas properties, and is provided in an air channel 38 of the casing 24 at a position 40 to which air from the blower fan 16 is blown.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform the cleaning process and heating process of the air in a room with high space efficiency without wasting the space.
      SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 2 for sucking the air in a room 1 and blowing out the air into the room after processing the cooling/heating load, and an air cleaning device 3 for sucking the air blown out from the heat exchanger 2 and blowing out the cleaned air into the room, are mounted at an upper part in the room 1. Whereby the the air heated by the heat exchanger 2 is cleaned and blown out by the air cleaning device 3, and the air blown out by the air cleaning device 3 and convected in the room 1 is sucked by the heat exchanger 2 to be processed, and circulated in the room 1. Whereby the operation cost can be reduced without generating the waste air flow. Further by installing both of the heat exchanger 2 and the air cleaning device in the same room, a duct for moving the air by air flow becomes unnecessary, and the space can be effectively utilized. Further the construction cost for the duct work can be reduced, and a construction time can be shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner which is simple in structure and can efficiently clean contaminants in exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas 17 is supplied into an air blowing pipe 15 by using a blower 16 of an air blowing device 4, made a horizontal flow, and fed inside from a vent hole 5 formed in the outer shell 3 of an air cleaner main body 2. The exhaust gas 17 fed in the outer shell 3 ascends and passes through a first filler 10. A liquid agent 11 sprayed from a first spray nozzle 9 adheres to the first filler 10, and a water film is formed on the surface. The exhaust gas 17 is efficiently brought into vapor-gas contact with the water film, and the contaminants in the gas 17 are transferred. The ascended exhaust gas 17 is directly contacted with the liquid agent 11 which is sprayed again from the first spray nozzle 9, and the residual contaminants are transferred and purified.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device for purifying a pollutant in exhaust gas efficiently with simple constitution. SOLUTION: A pretreatment device 9 is composed of a blast pipe 10 communicating with a feed port 5 of an exhaust emission control device body 2, and a blower 11 provided at the other end of the blast pipe 10 to take in exhaust gas 12. A plurality of multi-wall surface bodies 17 are arranged at the blast pipe 10 so as to block the inside of the pipe, and a water supply-drainage device 19 comprising a water supply pipe 20 for supplying wash water 18, and a drain pipe 21 for draining the wash water 18 flowing down the multi-wall surface bodies 17 is provided in a position directly above each of the plurality of multi-wall surface bodies 17. The exhaust gas 12 is taken into the blast pipe 10 using the blower 11 and purified as the pollutant included in itself shifts into the wash water 18 flowing down the multi-wall surface body 17, when passing through the multi-wall surface bodies 17.
