    • Additional transistors P1 and P2 which are PMOS transistors are connected to load transistors PL1 and PL2 which are PMOS transistors such that drain electrodes of the additional transistors P1 and P2 and drain electrodes of the load transistors PL1 and PL2 are connected at a node 1 and a node 2 while gate electrodes of the additional transistors P1 and P2 and gate electrodes of the load transistors PL1 and PL2 are connected at the node 1 and the node 2. A source electrode of the additional transistor P1 is connected to an additional transistor control circuit, which is provided for each column. The additional transistor control circuit sets control signals S1 and S2 to the H level in other times than data write so that the additional transistor P1 or P2 compensates the load transistor PL1 or PL2, thereby increasing the static margin. In data write, the additional transistor control circuit sets the control signals S1 and S2 to the low level, thereby preventing the additional transistors from hindering the data write, and thus increasing the write margin.

    • The present invention relates to a method for generating a non-human model animal of an arterial occlusive disease, wherein the method is characterized in that an artery is occluded at a specific site by ligating it or with an autologous blood clot. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and a kit for generating a cardiac infarction model, as well as a cardiac infarction animal model obtained by employing the method or kit, characterized in that in a non-human experimental animal, a blood vessel is ligated downstream of an arterial site of the heart to be occluded, followed by occluding the artery at said site. In addition, the present invention also relates to a method and a system for generating a non-human animal model of arterial embolus, as well as an arterial embolus animal model obtained by employing the method or system, characterized by adding an coagulating agent to autologous blood to form an autologous blood clot and subsequently employing an angiographic apparatus in delivering the autologous blood clot into an artery.

    • A therapeutic exercise apparatus enables a user to depress a pedal by his or her heel without his or her foot coming off the pedal. The apparatus includes a main body, a link having one end mounted through a rotation shaft on the main body so as to be rotatable around its one end by a predetermined angle, a pedal mounted on the other end of the link so as to be rotatable by a predetermined angle and adapted to be depressed by a user's foot thereby to rotate the link; and a foot restraining member provided on the pedal for restraining the foot. The foot restraining member has a base provided with a heel support portion for supporting a heel of the foot, and the heel support portion is disposed on the pedal such that the direction of a depression force of the foot passes through the rotation shaft.
