    • PURPOSE:To make an envelope easily open and eliminate the possibility of the letters and documents therein being damaged by a method wherein a perforation is formed in either side face of an envelope with both ends thereof reaching one side of an outer peripheral edge and a seal face is provided within the range enclosed by the perforation and the one side of the envelope. CONSTITUTION:A rear side part 2 of an envelope is provided with a perforation 7 along the peripheral edge of a folded-over piece 5 adhesively bonded to the rear side part. A perforation is also made in the form of a ridge along the overlapped parts of the rear side to form a tab 8 on the perforation 7. In this way the tab 8 is raised by bending the envelope entirely and slightly near the tab. This tab is pulled with the fingers to tear the rear side part 2 along the perforation 7 so as to break open a seal face 9 at the lower end of the envelope throughout its length. In this unsealing method, the tab 8 is formed on the overlapped parts of 2a and 2b of the rear side part to make the envelope handling easy and, since the seal face 9 is formed by bonding together the rear side part and the folded-over piece 5, the tearing of the seal face will not start at the perforation but the unsealing can be effected accurately along the perforation. To form the perforation on the rear side of the envelope, the blanks of the rear side parts 2a and 2b are provided with their respective perforations formed therein exactly matched in position therebetween, thereby forming the continuous perforation without mismatched holes when the formation of the envelope is complete.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly supply a proper amount of printing paste by arranging a printing paste tank between squeezees and providing a slit like emitting port to the bottom part of said tank in the lateral direction of a screen while providing a valve body to the emitting port and interlocking the valve body with the movement of the squeezees to open and close the emitting port. CONSTITUTION:Both of two squeezees 9, 9 are in a neutral state floating from the surface of a screen in such a state that a squeezee apparatus 8 is present at the terminal of the printing region of the screen. At this time, a contact piece 35 and a receiving piece 36 are separated by a gap X and a valve body 29 closes an emitting port 26. When the squeezee apparatus 8 begins to move in the left direction in order to perform printing, the right squeezee falls by a dimension Y and, contrarily, the left squeezee rises by the dimension Y. As a result of the rising of the left squeezee by the dimension Y, the receiving seat 36 collides with the contact piece 35 to push up the whole of a valve body unit 30 and a gap Z is generated between the valve body 29 and the emitting port 26 and the printing paste in a tank 10 is discharged on the screen 12. That is, the gap Z between the valve body 29 and the emitting port 26 becomes Z=Y-X and the necessity for controlling the gap Z corresponding to a printing state is generated.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain a comfortable temp. at all times and to enable a user to take good sleep by arranging several pieces of exothermic heaters on the inner side of the back fabric of a feather quilt and controlling energization in accordance with the output of the thermosensitive sensors installed in a central part. CONSTITUTION: This electric feather quilt is formed by packing a proper amt. of feather into the spaces segmented to plural cells by air permeable domed partition fabrics 5a to 5g between the back fabric 2 and front fabric and disposing the insulated exothermic heaters H1 to H8 on the inner side of the back fabric 2. The insulated exothermic heaters H1 to H8 are arranged doubly around the lower part of the feet and the energization thereof is automatically controlled with respect to the temp. and energization time in the feather quilt by a temp. control box 6 in accordance with the detection signals of the first thermosensitive sensor 9 and the second thermosensitive sensor 10. The always comfortable temp. is maintained and the user is able to maintain comfortable sleep according to such quilt.

    • PURPOSE:To wrap the human body in a dome-like down-filled quilt so that even a fat person can prevented from feeling cold by forming a lateral center partition cloth like a dome, and using the plural domed cloths in the central part. CONSTITUTION:Surface longitudinal partition cloth sewing lines 5a-5d are drawn in positions opposite to the sewing lines drawn on the back of back cloth 2 on the back of surface cloth 3, and narrow longitudinal partition cloth is sewn on the sewing lines 5a-5d. A sewing line Y is sewn on four of surface lateral center partition cloth sewing lines by narrow lateral center partition cloth. Further, a narrow collar part and foot part partition cloth are sewn up. Thus, the respective partition clothes are sewn on the back cloth 2 and the surface cloth 3 and united. First, a docking line X of the collar part-foot part partztion cloth sewn on the back cloth 2 and a docking line X of the narrow collar part-foot part partition cloth are sewn up. Subsequently, a docking line X of the longitudinal center part partition cloth and a line X in a positiion opposite to the narrow longitudinal partition cloth are sewn up. If the shape of the lateral center partition cloth 4 is made deeper, even in the case of a very fat person such as a sumo wrestler, a down-filled quilt can completely be fitted to the body.

    • PURPOSE:To float the central part of the quilt to a dome shape and to fully envelope the body within the dome of the quilt by downward curving both left and right sides of partitioning cloth in a transverse direction. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edges of front cloth 1 and rear cloth 2 are joined by means, such as sewing. The inside thereof is provided with plural pieces of the partitioning cloth 3 extending in a transverse direction apart prescribed intervals in the central part of the quilt excluding at least the peripheral edges to form many block chambers 4. Feather is then packed into the respective block chambers. The partitioning cloth 3 in the transverse direction of the central part of the quilt is formed to a shape curving downward toward the lower side by height H1 on both left and right sides and is formed to a shape decreasing gradually in the width H2 of the partitioning cloth from the central part toward the lateral sides. The partitioning cloth 3 is then sewn. The peripheral edges of the quilt exist in the lowest reference position X and the central part floats by H1. The dome shape as a whole is thus formed. The parts of the lateral block chambers 6 themselves exist in the reference position to effectively prohibit the inflow of the outdoor air. A user is, therefore, able to ensure a stable sleep without turning up of the peripheral edge parts and exposing of the body to the outdoor air.
