    • In LTE advanced networks, Carrier aggregation allows expansion of effective bandwidth delivered to a user terminal through concurrent utilization of radio resources across multiple carriers. In the scenario when the MBMS transmissions are scheduled in only one band or cell the idle mode UEs that would like to receive MBMS service would like to camp onto the cell or frequency that supports MBMS services.
