    • One embodiment of the present invention provides a computing system. The switch includes a discovery module, a device management module, and a logical group management module. The discovery module constructs a multicast query message for a first multicast group to which the computing system is registered. The device management module extracts information about a remote switch from a query response message from the remote switch and constructs a client database, wherein a first entry in the client database contains the information extracted from the query response message. The logical group management module associates the remote switch with a second multicast group.

    • A method and system of communicating measurement information associated with user equipment in a wireless communication network environment is provided. The method and system include a connection re-establishment request message is transmitted to a target base station associated with a target cell when a handover failure is detected. Then, a connection re-establishment response message is received from the target base station. Furthermore, a connection re-establishment complete message is transmitted to the target base station upon successful re-establishment of the wireless connection between the user equipment and the target base station, where the connection re-establishment complete message includes an indication of availability of measurement information associated with the handover failure with the user equipment. Additionally, a request to transmit the measurement information is received from the target base station. Moreover, the measurement information (e.g., radio conditions, RAT type, etc.) is transmitted to the target base station.

    • A circuit for processing a clock signal including first and second clock edges of different polarities, the circuit including an inverter for inverting a first clock edge to generate an inverted first clock edge and inverting a second clock edge to generate an inverted second clock edge; a first pass gate for receiving the inverted clock edge and outputting a first trigger signal of a first polarity; and a second pass gate for receiving the second clock edge and outputting a second trigger signal of the first polarity, wherein the second pass gate is controlled to open responsive to the inverted second clock edge; whereby the delay between the first clock edge and the first trigger signal is substantially equal to the delay between the second clock edge and second trigger signal.
