    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive laminated film which consists of a conductive film having: a transparent conductive membrane on one side of a transparent plastic substrate; and another transparent substrate laminated through an adhesive layer, and controls the tendency of the adhesive layer's becoming satin-like. SOLUTION: The conductive laminated film consists of: a first transparent substrate 1 having a first and a second surface; and a second transparent substrate 2 having a first and a second surface and a transparent a transparent conductive membrane 3 on the first surface, with the first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 arranged so that the second surface of the first substrate 1 and the second surface of the second substrate 1 are opposed mutually and bonded together through an adhesive layer 4. The first substrate 1 and the second substrate 2 are plastic ones. The adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive containing an acrylic polymer containing, as monomer units, 1-35 wt.% of methyl (meth)acrylate, 60-98 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate(s) having a 2-12C alkyl group and 0.1-10 wt.% of a monomer(s) having a functional group.
