摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a steel panel reinforcing sheet having damping capacity reduced in wt. in itself and enhanced in a cost/performance ratio by successively laminating a restriction layer, a viscoelastic layer having specific physical properties and a thermosetting resin layer in this order. CONSTITUTION:A steel panel damping reinforcing sheet is obtained by laminating a restriction layer, a viscoelastic layer and a thermosetting resin layer in this order and the loss tangent of the viscoelastic layer has a value of 0.8 or more at -20-80 deg.C. The restriction layer composed of glass cloth, a carbon fiber, an org. fiber nonwoven fabric or a metal foil and the thermosetting resin layer is composed of an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin or a rubbery resin. The viscoelastic layer is formed from a compsn. prepared by compounding and mixing a tackifier, a softener, a filler, an age resistor with a resin to disperse them in the resin.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance the production efficiency of an integrated soundproofing material and at the same time obtain excellent soundproofing effect by a method wherein urethane foam material stock liquid is poured between a top force, onto which a vibration damper consisting of a restrained material and a vibration damping sheet is fixed by suction, and a bottom force, on which a skin material is seated, for foaming and integration. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a skin material is seated on a bottom force. Next, a vibration damper, which is formed in a predetermined shape, is fixed onto the inner surface of a top force by suction developed through evacuation including vacuumization. Urethane foam material stock liquid is poured between the skin material and the vibration damper of a set of the forces assembled with the top force and the bottom force set as described above and expanded. As a result, urethane foam material is bonded to the skin material and to the vibration damper so as to make all of them into an integral body. The vibration damper consists of a vibration damping sheet and a restrained material. As the restrained material, formable plastic is preferable and steel plate such as steel plate, aluminum plate or the like may be used. Further, as the vibration damping sheet, a sheet, which contains petroleum resin having the melting point of 60-180 deg.C and is tacky, is preferable from the viewpoint that bonding can be only by putting the sheet on the restraint material.

The porous material 7a of an upper part 2, the porous material 7b of a lower part 3 and the porous material 7c of a steering part 4 are all formed in the same thickness and as the corresponding skins, a skin 8b of the lower part 3 is thicker than a skin 8a of the upper part 2, and a skin 8c of the steering part 4 is thicker than the skin 8b of the lower part 3. A mold is used for molding the insulation and the skin poured and molded in the mold contains a binder such as a synthetic resin, rubber, pitch and so on and a filler. As the porous material integrally molded with the skin, a bulky non-woven fablic and a urethane foamed material can be cited.

CONSTITUTION:A polyol for a flexible polyurethane having an OH value of 90 or less and another polyol for a rigid polyurethane having an OH valve of 300 to 600 are mixed to obtain a polyol mixture consisting of two or more polyols with an average OH value of 30 to 200. The obtained polyol mixture is reacted with a polyisocyanate and optionally a crosslinker, a catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a stabilizer, a flame retarder, a coloring agent, or the like, to obtain a polyurethane foam damper with a foam density of 300kg/m or less. The equivalent ratio of the OH group of the polyol mixture to the NCO group of the polyisocyanate is 0.4 to 0.9.

The damping sheet 1a is contained with petroleum resin whose fusing point is 60-180 deg.C and given viscosity in order to improve a damping effect at a temperature of 40-60 deg.C during travel of the automobile, by way of example. In addition, the binding material 1b is formed by moldable plastics including polyethylene or the like. Moreover, the damping sheet 1a and the binding material 1b as well as the sound-absorbing material 2 are bonded each together, while the sound-absorbing material 2 and the outer covering material 3 are unified as one body by a mold.

The small ports 19, 20 are provided in such a way that the starting end of the small port 19, 20 is communicated with a chamber 14 formed between an internal tooth of an internal gear 2 and an external tooth of an output gear 3 before the forward end part of the chamber 14 in the rotating direction is communicated with the starting end part of the discharging port 16. A fluid passage area when fluid in the chamber 14 flows into the small ports 19, 20 is set larger than a fluid passage area when it flows into the discharge port 16. Rapid fall of a pressure in the chamber 14 can thus be prevented, thereby generation of cavitation can be restricted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of cavitation by forming a passage for connecting the fluid introducing port and the introducing-out port of a housing and providing a check valve which permits only the flow of fluid from the introducing-out port side to the introducing port side. CONSTITUTION:A working fluid flows into a hydraulic motor 3 and the working fluid in an operating chamber 16 flows into a connecting passage 50 causing a ball valve 52 to be moved and seated on a seat part 51 due to its fluid pressure. Even if negative pressure is generated in the operating chamber 16 due to the overrun of the hydraulic motor 3, the working fluid on a low pressure side flows into the connecting passage 50 causing the ball valve 52 to open on receiving its fluid pressure. Thereby, the low pressure working fluid in the connecting passage 50 is fed into the operating chamber 16 which becomes negative pressure, suppressing the occurrence of cavitation on the flow-side side of the motor.
