    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock bolt pressuring/expanding seal head which has an annular seal packing of a two-layer structure consisting of an outside ring member made of a soft elastic material and an inside ring member made of a hard elastic material, so that scratching of an inner surface thereof is suppressed and deformation of the annular seal packing due to bearing of pressurized fluid is burdened by the outside soft elastic material, to thereby improve the durability of the annular seal packing.
      SOLUTION: The lock bolt pressurizing/expanding seal head 1 is formed by fitting a stopper-side annular seal packing 9, and a sleeve insertion port-side annular seal packing 10 into a cylindrical housing 6, and then inserting an adapter ring 11 between the seal packings. Herein the sleeve insertion port-side annular seal packing 10 is formed of the two-layer structure consisting of the ring member arranged outside and made of the soft elastic material, and the ring member fitted inside the outside ring member and made of the elastic member harder than the outside soft elastic member.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling resistance strength testing device for a lock bolt for reducing weight and the size by integrating a sleeve chuck element and a jacky element into a housing.
      SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that the housing 1 is put on a sleeve S laid on the steel pipe expandable lock bolt; pressure oil is supplied from a hydraulic pump 13; a chuck piston 6 is moved in the bottom part 2 direction of the housing 1; a chuck claw 7 is made to bit in the sleeve S; the sleeve S is fixed; and afterwards, a pulling cylinder 4 is moved in the bottom part 2 direction of the housing 1; and pulling force is applied to the sleeve S. This device returns the pulling cylinder 4 in the opening direction of the housing 1 by energizing force of a spring 8 by releasing hydraulic pressure after knowing pulling resistance strength of the lock bolt by measuring head part displacement quantity of the sleeve S, and removes the housing 1 from the sleeve S by releasing biting-in by opening the chuck claw 7 by supplying the pressure oil via a chuck-off oil transport pipe 15.
