SOLUTION: A photocatalytic particle-containing polytetrafluoroethylene burnt layer is provided to a surface of a mesh-like support base material such as, for example, a plain weave glass cloth or the like to obtain a mesh-like photocatalytic sheet 1. In order to obtain a ventilating photocatalytic sheet structured body A or B or C from the mesh-like photocatalytic sheet 1, for example, the mesh-like photocatalytic sheet 1 is formed by bending in a cylindrical body (a bellows body) 10, and the formed body 10 is covered by a mesh-like protective sheet 2 (the structured body A, C), or the mesh-like protective sheet 2 is piled up on a side surface of the mesh-like photocatalytic sheet 1 (the structured body B). As the mesh-like protective sheet 2, excepting a metal-made net and a resin-made net, a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or the like of a synthetic resin fiber or the like are used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product non-adhesive and water-repellent in its surface, having an excellent organic compound-degrading action, and thereby exhibiting an excellent anti-staining performance by exposing photocatalyst particles on the surface of a fluororesin sheet. SOLUTION: This anti-staining sheet is obtained by exposing photocatalyst particles (preferably anatase type titanium dioxide particles) on the surface of a fluororesin (preferably polytetrafluoroethylene) sheet, and is produced by cutting a cured product comprising the photocatalyst particles and the fluororesin in a desired thickness, preferably 0.1-0.3μm. The objective sheet is preferably obtained by homogeneously mixing the powder of the fluororesin with the photocatalyst particles by the use of a powder mixer, press-molding the mixture in a metal mold, curing the molded product at a temperature above the melting point of the powder of the fluororesin by a free sinter method, etc., and subsequently cutting the cured product into the sheet with a cutting lathe, etc. The diameter of the photocatalyst particles is preferably 0.007-0.5μm. The particle diameter of the fluororesin powder is generally 20-800μm.

SOLUTION: This one-tub washing machine is provided with a washing/spin- drying tub 12 and a water storage/drain tub 11 respectively, and stainless tub main bodies of them having the thickness of 1mm are applied with the sand blast process at the average surface roughness (Rz) of 12μm. A primer layer having the thickness of 7μm is formed on the inside face and the outside face of the tub main bodies, and a PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) layer containing anatase photocatalyst titanium oxide fine grains having the grain size of 0.02μm is formed on the primer layer. A circular black light 13 emitting the ultraviolet light (wavelength 310-400nm) is installed on the inner face side of the folded portion on the washing/spin-drying tub 12 side at the upper end of the water storage/drain tub 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a liquid crystal panel having a precise gap between substrates in a high yield and to improve the durability by constituting an intermediate sheet of a heat resistant plastic layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene porous layer which is formed at least on one side of the plastic layer and has surface resistance of a specified value or less. SOLUTION: An intermediate sheet is composed of a heat resistant plastic layer and a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) porous layer which is formed at least on one side of the plastic layer and has surface resistance 10 Ω/square or less. A preferable material of the plastic layer is polyimide, para position aromatic polyamide, polyether ketone, etc. The thickness of the PTFE porous layer is about 5-30μm, the porosity is about 70-90%, and the diameter of the pores is about 0.5-30μm. The sheet is prepared by a process in which, for example, the surface of the heat resistant plastic sheet is coated with fluororesin dispersed liquid, undurned fluororesin layer is formed by drying, a PTFE porous sheet is laid on the fluororesin layer, and the sheet is pressed and heated.
