摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient, powdery waste heat treatment process that comprises using a cylindrical, vertical heater into which a gas for fluidizing powdery waste is blown through a point in the lower part, charging the powdery waste into the heater through a point in the upper part and withdrawing the resulting treated powdery waste from the heater through a point in the lower part and enables removal of volatile organic matter such as dioxins, in a high removal ratio. SOLUTION: This process comprises: using a cylindrical, vertical heater into which a gas for fluidizing powdery waste is blown through a point in the lower part; charging the powdery waste into the heater through a point in the upper part; and intermittently withdrawing the resulting treated powdery waste from the heater through a point in the lower part.

The treatment apparatus is further provided with a stirring blade to promote mixing and fluidizing the powder wastes inside.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate organic chloride compound from exhaust gas at the time of drying waste containing a chloride compound and a compound containing organic matter or carbon. SOLUTION: A predetermined quantity of waste 2 is thrown into a rotary drum 1 by means of a throw-in unit 3. Fuel 5 and combustion air 6 are supplied into a hot air furnace 7 to generate hot air which is then blown directly to the waste 2 thus drying the waste 2. The waste 2 is stirred by turning a stirring blade 4 in the rotary drum 1 in order to enhance contact efficiency of the hot air and the waste 2 thus enhancing the drying efficiency. Temperature of the hot air being thrown into the drum 1 or the gas in the drum 1 is controller between the normal temperature and 350 deg.C, preferably between 150-250 deg.C. When the temperature does not drop down to a set level temperature regulating air 15 is blown into the hot air discharged from the hot air furnace 7. A signal is delivered from a temperature meter 12 to a controller 13 which delivers a signal 14 for controlling the furnace 17 to regulate the measured temperature at a specified level. The exhaust gas 11 does not return back to the rotary drum 1 but dissipated to the atmosphere through a gas purifier, as required.

The PP and chlorine- containing plastic separated from the PE granulated matter are again transferred to the melting granulator 3 and the temp. of them is raised to about 180 deg.C equal to or higher than the m.p. of PP and PP separated by specific gravity difference in the same process is solidified in a granular form and PP granulated matter and chlorine-containing plastic are separated in the same way by the wind force sorter 6 to recover the separated PP granulated matter.

SOLUTION: A film-like waste plastic is roughly comminuted by a primary comminutor 1 and then cooled to a low temperature of a low temperature range (-40 to -20 deg.C) of an embrittle temperature of -20 deg.C of a PVC or the like to -40 deg.C of an embrittle temperature of the other waste plastic by a cooler 2. Then, the plastic is comminuted to a size of about 15 mm by a secondary comminutor 3. The brittle comminuted PVC or the like is reduced as compared with the other waste plastic. Then, the plastic is raised to an ambient temperature by a heater 4, introduced into a dry separator 5, and separated into a polyethylene, a polypropylene, a polystyrene and the like 7, paper 8 not brittle comminuted according to the dry separation, PVC or the like 9 and the other waste plastic 10 of substantially the same size as that of the PVC 9 brittle comminuted according to the dry separation. The PVC or the like 9 and the other waste plastic 10 are further introduced into a wet separator 6, and separated to the PVC or the like 9 of a heavy specific gravity side and the other waste plastic 10 of a light specific gravity side according to a wet separation.
