    • A self-aligned process for forming the source lines of an ETOX flash memory is proposed. A plurality of device isolation lines that are parallel to each other is formed in a substrate. A plurality of parallel stacked gates that are perpendicular to the device isolation lines is next formed over the substrate. Between two adjacent stacked gates is a region capable of accommodating at least one source line parallel to the stacked gates. A cap layer is formed over each stacked gate, and then spacers are formed over the sidewalls of the stacked gates. The device isolation structure within the source line region is removed, and then a conductive line is formed within the source line region of the substrate.

    • A heat dissipating module includes a fan and a heat sink. The heat sink comprises a body and at least one movable member. The body comprises a plurality of fins, at least one first slot and at least one second slot. The first and second slots are integrally formed on the body as a single piece. The movable member, rotatably or movably coupled to the first slot, comprises a pivoting portion, an operating portion, a jointing portion and at least one fixing portion. The pivoting portion is rotatably or movably received in the first slot. A first end of the operating portion connects to the pivoting portion, rotating or moving the pivoting portion. The jointing portion, at a second end of the operating portion, selectively connects to or separates from the second slot. The fixing portion protrudes from the pivoting portion, abutting and securing the fan to the heat sink.

    • A heat dissipating module has a fan and at least one heat sink contacting with a heat source. The fan has an impeller and a housing. The housing has a base for supporting the impeller, at least one rib extending from the edge of the base to the backward direction of the center of the base, at least one sidewall, an annular wall connecting with the rib and/or the sidewall, at least one protrusion axially protruding from the annular wall and/or the sidewall, at least one securing member disposed on the end of the protrusion, and at least one fastener disposed in the securing member. The base, the rib, the sidewall, the annular wall, the protrusion, and the securing member are integrally formed as a single piece. The protrusion has at least one block structure for fixing the heat sink to the housing.
