    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein in a conventional temperature control device, attachment/detachment to/from a tank is difficult and cooling efficiency is lowered due to permeation of water to a heat insulating material. SOLUTION: This temperature control device for a tank 10 includes a temperature control mat 12. The temperature control mat 12 includes: a heat exchange group bendable along the outer peripheral face of the tank 10 and constituted of a plurality of heat exchange pipes 22 through which a heating medium is made to pass; aluminum foils 28a, 28b sandwiching the cooling pipe group and bonding each of the heat exchange pipes 22 by adhesion layers 29, 29 formed on opposing faces; a heat insulating material layer 30 bendable along the outer peripheral face of the tank 10 and arranged on the aluminum foil 28a side; and a waterproof sheet 32 covering the heat insulating material layer 30 to prevent permeation of water to the heat insulating material layer 30. The temperature control device further includes a fitting member for fitting the temperature control mat 12 to the outer peripheral face of the tank 10 so that the aluminum foil 28b side is brought into contact with the outer peripheral face of the tank 10 and an air layer between the aluminum foils 28a, 28b cooled by the heat exchange pipes 22 surrounds the outer peripheral face of the tank 10. Even if the condensation dew is generated on a surface of these small diameter pipes 2a, the condensation dew flows down to a floor surface 1e along the inside surface 1a.
