      SOLUTION: This gas appliance monitor includes a flow rate measuring means 17, a gas shut off valve 2c, a control circuit 10a which processes various information, and a radio module 11 which transmits/receives information to/from a plurality of parties. The radio module 11 is integrally constituted with a control circuit substrate 10 constituting the flow rate measuring means 17 and accommodated in a gas meter 2. It has at least a communication frequency band for a base station 14 and communication frequency bands for a plurality of alarms 23, 24, 31, and includes an alarm information transmitter 26 which detects an operation sound of the alarm and transmits it as an alarm operation signal. It executes a predetermined process mode based on the alarm information and flow rate information transmitted from the alarm information transmitter 26.
