摘要： A camera capable of operating in a red-eye prevention mode. The camera has an electronic flash device which is activated by a drive circuit in synchronization with the exposure. The electronic flash device also serve as a pre-light-emission device capable of performing pre-light-emission for the purpose of preventing red-eye effect. When it is judged from the photographing condition that red-eye effect may occur, a controller activates the electronic flash device to effect a pre-light-emission for reducing the size of pupils of eyes of a person to photographed, before the main flashing which is executed in synchronization with the exposure.

摘要： A camera system has a device for recording an image of a photographing field in a recording medium such as a photographing negative color film, a photometering device for forming brightness information concerning the brightness of the photographing field, and a color information forming device for forming, in accordance with the brightness information, color information concerning the color of the light from a light source for illuminating the photographing field. The printing process after the deployment of the image is executed with a suitable control of the printing exposure light quantity in accordance with the color information so that a color print of a good quality can be obtained with a high reproducibility of the color.

摘要： An illumination device for photography which can photograph an image expressing a movement of the object is provided. The device comprises a light emission unit which emits, continuously and at an constant emission amount, an illumination light, and a light emission control unit which controls the emission unit and changes a light emission intensity during the acquisition of a single still image by exposing object light on an imaging unit provided in a photographic device, wherein the light emission control unit, during the acquisition of the single still image, causes the illumination light to emit continuously at a first light emission intensity in a first time period, and causes the illumination light to emit continuously at a second light emission intensity with a lower intensity than the first light emission intensity in a second time period after the elapse of the first time period.
