CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride resin is mixed with 0.01-10pts.wt., especially 0.1-3pts.wt., high-molecular charge-transfer complex (e.g., of formula II) comprising a reaction product of a semi-polar high-molecular organoboron compound of formula I [wherein q is 0 or 1, and when q is 1, A is a group of -(X)a-(Y)b-(Z)c- (wherein X and Z are each a 100C or lower oxyhydrocarbon group having one terminal ether residue; Y is a 1-82C alkylenedicarboxylic acid residue, or a 2-13C alkylamino acid or carboxamide residue; a, b, and c are each 0 or 1); p is 10-1,000] with a 5-82C tertiary amine having at least one OH group in an atomic ratio of the boron of said organoboron compound to the basic nitrogen of said amine of 1:1, thus giving the title composition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely contact with both electrodes by using current collectors obtained by stacking a specific film to at least one side of the other specific film. CONSTITUTION:Current collectors 3 and 7 made of a conductive stacked film are fitted on the inside of a positive case 1 and on the inside of a negative can. The stacked film is formed by preparing a film by mixing 70-90 wt.%, preferably 75-85 wt.%, ethylene base resin having a density of 0.945 g/cm or more with 30-10 wt.%, preferably 25-15 wt.%, conductive carbon black powder, and by stacking a film obtained by mixing 70-90 wt.%, preferably 75-85 wt.%, polymer having a melting point of 130 deg.C or less and a density of 0.93 g/cm or less which is softer than the above ethylene base resin with 30-10 wt.%, preferably 25-15 wt.%, conductive carbon black powder to the above film. The contact of a positive mix with the positive case 1 and that of a negative electrode 5 and the negative can 8 can be made sure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain sure contact by using specific conductive films as current collectors of both electrodes. CONSTITUTION:An insulating gasket 2 is put in the inner circumference of a stainless steel positive case 1. A conductive film 3 is placed as a positive current collector on the bottom of the positive case 1. A positive mix 4 molded in a disk having a diameter of 15mm is placed on the film 3, and a separator 6 is arranged between a negative active material 5 and the positive mix 4. A conductive film 7 is placed as a negative current collector between the active material 5 and a negative can 8 which also serves as a negative terminal. The upper end 1a of the case 1 is bent inward to fix the gasket 2. The film 7 is formed by mixing 70-90 wt.%, preferably 75-85 wt.%, ethylene base resin having a density of 0.945 g/cm or more with 30-10 wt.%, preferably 25-15 wt.%, conductive carbon black powder. The contact of the positive mix 4 with the positive case 1, and that of the negative active material 5 with the negative can 8 can be made sure.

In producing the film by using these constituents, in general, the constituents are kneaded by an ordinary kneader such as a Banbury mixer, rolls and a single- or twin-screw extruder to prepare the composition, and the composition is served to film forming. The thickness of the film is preferably 10-30mum.

CONSTITUTION:A synthesis gas and by-product carbon black are obtained by partially oxidizing liquid hydrocarbon with melecular oxygen and steam in a reaction oven by using a liquid hydrocarbon having a weight ratio of carbon atoms to hydrogen atoms of 9 or above and highly electrically conductive carbon black (ash content: 0.3wt% or below, DBP absorption: 400ml/100g or above) formed under such conditions that the oven is operated at 1,300-1,450 deg.C under a pressure of 25-80kg/cm and steam is fed in a quantity of 400-800kg/ton of the hydrocarbon. 70-3wt% said carbon black is blended with 30-97wt% synthetic resin or rubber.
