摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which is suitable as a cosmetic applicator for an eye area for applying eyeliner, eye shadow, or the like, and includes such a cosmetic applicator as to dispense photoluminescent material such as lame whose particle diameter is large.SOLUTION: The applicator includes an extruder for extruding a content liquid toward an application portion 30. The content liquid dispensing section 32 of the application portion 30 has an oval or square shape, and the dimension of the minor axis is 0.5-2 mm and the dimension of the major axis is 2-8 mm each on the side of the dispensing section. The applicator is formed so that particles each having a large diameter can be dispensed by expanding the inner diameter of the application portion, and thin line and thick line can be drawn respectively in the minor-axis direction and in the major-axis direction by making the application portion oval. In addition, the application portion is formed so that lines can be extended and also cosmetic liquid stored inside a small-diameter protrusion 36 can be retained by making the small-diameter protrusion 36 at the tip end of the applicator.

The applying part 12 is integrally molded with the sealing part 18 by obtaining connection between the applying part 12 and the sealing part 18 via the thin connection part 20 which is formed by a difference between the outer diameter of the sealing part 18 and the inner diameter of the dispensing hole 16.
