    • PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of assembling of a pole and beam integrated type unit and shorten working hours by providing a cylinder device to be disposed at the center of a predetermined number of poles, and a span adjusting device wherein four rods are formed each of which expands and contracts toward each pole and along the diagonals of a square formed by the poles. CONSTITUTION:Four rods 8 are formed each of which expands and contracts toward each pole 3 from a cylinder device 7 and along the diagonals of a square formed by the poles, and an anchoring portion 9 capable of being anchored to each pole 3 ahead is provided at the end of each of the rods 8. The clamp 13 of a span adjusting device 2 is aligned so that the anchoring portion 9 provided at the end of each of the rods 8 is anchored to each pole 2. Each of the rods 8 is forced to contract so as to temporarily adjust the span between the poles 3 and then each pole 3 and each box-shaped unit 1 are hoisted by a hoisting jig 15 and a pole and beam integrated type unit and the span adjusting device 2 are hoisted and moved to a construction site in a high place. Then each of the poles 3 is attached to existing poles 2 while the span between the poles 2 is finely adjusted by the span adjusting device 2 so that each pole 3 is just above and parallel to the existing poles 3.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the term of works by providing movable supports formed in a height higher than the height of one story to base parts that are made up for columns with tracks installed spanning top ends of the supports, and by repeating, after finishing installation of mobile hanging devices thereto, processes for assembling of building body-structuring members and for lifting up of movable supports and by building the structure body from below. CONSTITUTION:In the first process of a work, base parts for columns are made up to a specified height and in the second process of the work, movable supports 10 are formed in a height higher than the height of one story and tracks 40 are installed in lengthwise and breadthwise, spanning the tops of the supports, and a plurality of mobile hanging devices 50 that travel along the tracks are installed thereon, and thereby a building body-structuring device 100 is prepared. In the third process of the work, building body-structuring members such as columns 2, beams 6, floor boards 8, external walls 9, etc., are installed to specified stories and in the fourth process of the work, a plurality of the movable supports are lifted up. By repeating the third and the fourth processes of the work after completion of the first and the second processes of the work, the building body is built up successively toward upper stories. Thereby successive work of building becomes available without using large-scale heavy machinery.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of constructing work by pushing up a constructed part and stopping it once in a state where a part constructed on the ground or the like attains height for one layer of a construction and can stand for itself, and pushing up the constructed part again after the constructing work for a ceiling is completed. CONSTITUTION:After the completion of underground foundation work, a jack 6 is installed at a position where a pillar 10 is vertically set. A pillar bottom formwork and a connection member are then mounted on the jack 6, and the connection members are mutually connected through a beam 11. The beams 11 for two layers and the pillar 10 positioned between them are instantaneously constructed, and the pillar bottom formwork and a pillar formwork are arranged on a constructed part, and concrete is deposited for the pillar 10 and a slab 19. At a stage where the concrete becomes so hard that the pillar 10 can stand for itself, a jack 6 pushes up a structural body, and the constructing work is stopped once on the way of pushing up to perform ceiling work. These processes are repeated to continue the constructing works for lower floors in order. Thus the productivity of the constructing work can be improved.
