    • PURPOSE:To grasp exactly a relation of a shear rate and a settling quantity of solid matter particles by giving a prescribed shear rate to a solid-liquid suspension, and thereafter, overhauling a bottom plate block and an outer cylinder block, and sampling a sediment. CONSTITUTION:By a method for supplying a heating medium 2 from a heating medium inlet 6 of an inner cylinder/bottom plate block A, and discharging the heating medium 2 from a heating medium outlet 15 of an outside block B, a heating medium of a prescribed temperature is made to circulate by a heating medium circulating device 21, and a solid-liquid suspension S is put into a double cylindrical part between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder 10 and heated to a prescribed temperature exceeding a pour point. By driving a driving mechanism 18, a rotation or a reciprocating motion is given for a prescribed time to a cylindrical rotor 16. After the test has been ended, a rotor block C is drawn upward by a lifting device 22, the solid-liquid suspension S is discharged from a sample discharge pipe 11 of the outer cylinder block B, and the outer cylinder block B is removed from the inner cylinder/bottom plate block A. A sediment collecting bowl 20 is removed from the inner cylinder/bottom plate block A, a coal solid matter density is measured and analyzed by sampling a sediment of the bottom part, and a settling state of coal particles, etc. is grasped.

    • PURPOSE: To aim at automatizing the pay-out operation of a mooring wire, by making it possible to move a wire pay-out device in which the mooring wire may be paid out by means of endless belts vertically holding therebetween the mooring wire, from a whinch on a deck to a ship side hardware along a travelling trolley beam.
CONSTITUTION: A mooring wire pay-out device 9 for paying out a mooring wire 5 by means of a pair of endless belts which vertically hold the mooring wire therebetween, is suspended from a travelling trolley 7 by means of a swingable arm 8, movably in he vertical direction. The ravelling trolley may be moved along a beam 11 attached to a rotatable post 12 planted on a deck 1, from a mooring winch 2 tothe positio of a ship side mooring hardware 4. The mooring wire automatically wound up on the winch 2 which is unmanned is gripped by the mooring wire pay-out device 9 so that it may be carried to a mooring hardware 4, thereby it is possible to aim at automatizing the mooring wire pay-out work and as well aim at saving labour.

    • PURPOSE:To detect anchor running in its early stage by comparing the horizontal distance from a ship to the anchor with the horizontal distance from an anchor throwing-in position to the current ship position. CONSTITUTION:An anchor throwing signal from an anchor throwing signal transmitter 9 is received to set the start time of anchor throwing and a decision on an arithmetic period is made with an arithmetic command signal outputted on the basis of a clock signal from a free-running counter 14 at intervals of, for example, five min after the start of anchor throwing, thereby reading in various detection data and setting data stored in a RAM16. Then, it is decided whether the unwinding of the anchor chain is completed with a signal from a chain counter 5, and the length of the unwound anchor chain is calculated wih the detection signal from the counter 5; and the girth length and horizontal distance of an anchor chain catenary and the length of the sea bottom real line of the anchor chain are calculated at a CPU13 on the basis of an anchor chain catenary theory expressing and the horizontal distance X from the ship to the anchor is calculated. Then, the horizontal distance L from the anchor throwing position to the current ship position is calculated 13. When the running anchor distance L-X is larger than a set value A, an anchor running state is displayed at a display device.
