摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the transparency and fluidity of a specific aromatic polycarbonate resin by impregnating it with a vinyl monomer and a radical polymerization initiator and subjecting the resultant impregnated resin to graft reaction. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous suspension of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, which has a radical-polymerizable unsaturated end group, a viscosity-average molecular weight of 2,000-100,000 and a particle size of 0.1-5mm, is mixed with 5-200 pts.wt. vinyl monomer, which is insoluble in water and has a low affinity with water, based on 100 pts.wt. polycarbonate resin, and 0.01-5 pts.wt. radical polymerization initiator, which has a 10-hr half life temperature of 40-90 deg.C, based on 100 pts.wt. vinyl monomer. The resultant mixture is heated to a temperature at which no decomposition of the polymerization initiator takes place, thereby impregnating the polycarbonate resin with the vinyl monomer and the polymerization initiator. Then, the aqueous suspension is heated to a temperature at which the decomposition of the polymerization initiator starts so as to subject the impregnated resin to graft reaction.

SOLUTION: This method for storing pharmaceuticals is performed by sealing and storing them in an oxygen barrier bottle in an atmosphere that oxygen is substantially removed therefrom. As an oxygen absorbent to be put into the oxygen barrier bottle, the one whose main ingredient is an unsaturated fatty acid compound or a chain hydrocarbon polymer having an unsaturated group and which contains oxygen absorption-promoting substances is used. The pharmaceuticals are sealed in the oxygen barrier bottle together with this oxygen absorbent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gas generated after sealing in high vacuum in a vacuum heat insulating material by a method wherein a printing method for a packing material of a getter to be put into a vacuum heat insulating material wherein a core material is inserted into an airtight container, and after the inside is made highly vacuum, the container is sealed. SOLUTION: A PET film as thick as 12 μm with a getter for vacuum heat insulating material endlessly printed in Mincho-writing type at 5 mm intervals using a carbon dioxide gas laser marker and a PE film as thick as 30 μm are laminated. Thereafter, after fine vent holes are opened mechanically, 5 g of molecular sieve 13X is filled, and heat-welding is performed to obtain a pillow-shaped packaging bag. This bag package is put into a stainless steel vacuum chamber with an internal volume of 750 cc, and a pressure is reduced at 0.001 Torr for 10 minutes. Thereafter, a rise in pressure in the vacuum chamber is observed as time passes by a capacitance manometer by a pressure raising method, and a pressure rise is measured 30 minutes later. The pressure reaches 0.002 Torr, showing that there is little gas generated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain a heat-insulating capacity for a long period, by limitting the total gas volume permeating from the end face of a plastic film laminated in the inside of metallic foil of an external bag within a specified volume. SOLUTION: Heat fused plastic films are laminated in the inside of a gas- barrier layer including a metallic foil to form an external bag made of a vacuum heat-insulation material. Most of gas permeates from the heat fused layer into the external bag. The permeating volume is proportional to the gas permeability of the film. And hence, A heat fused plastic film of which total permeation gas volume is 0.08μL/day or smaller per 1 lit. of the inner volume of the vacuum heat-insulation material at 25 deg.C, 50% RH atmosphere, is used, in the gas permeation from the end face of the plastic film laminated in the inside of a metallic foil of the external bag of the vacuum heat-insulation material. In this way, even if a getter is not used against gas permeation from the outside, the heat- insulating capacity can be retained for a long period.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a getter as a gas absorbent to remove gas and to make a heating process at high temp. to remove the water content from a getter unnecessary, by preparing a getter from a water absorbent comprising a physical water-adsorbing material and a chemical-absorbing material, and an oxygen absorbent which does not require a water content for adsorption of oxygen. SOLUTION: The vacuum getter to be used for a vacuum desiccator and the like consists of a water absorbent comprising a physical water-adsorbing material and a chemical water-absorbing material, and an oxygen absorbent which does not require a water content for absorption of oxygen. The both absorbents are housed in a same closed space of a gas barrier type sealed container. Thereby, the water content which is held in the physical water- adsorbing material and/or in the oxygen absorbent which can be desorbed in vacuum is transferred to the chemical water-absorbing material and chemical fixed. After the water absorbent and oxygen absorbent are housed in a same closed space of a gas barrier sealed container, these absorbents are preferably further heated to obtain a dry state. The heating temp. is specified to 40 to 150 deg.C.
