      SOLUTION: The noise generating apparatus includes: a first signal generating section for generating a first signal; a frequency spread section for spreading the frequency of the first signal generated by the first signal generating section; a second signal generating section for generating a second signal; a mixer for converting the frequency of the first signal spread by the frequency spread section on the basis of the second signal generated by the second signal generating section; and a bandpass filter for passing the first signal whose frequency is converted by the mixer for a prescribed pass band.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an electromagnetic field strength of a test signal by separating the test signal from a sample device noise even when an electromagnetic noise whose frequency is the same as that of the test signal simulating an external noise is present as the sample device noise.SOLUTION: A signal generator 1 generates test signals of a first frequency and a second frequency that are slightly shifted up and down from a frequency to be measured of an electromagnetic noise propagation path essentially supposed to be measured, and injects the test signals into a sample device 100 from an injection probe 3. A detection probe 4 receives an electromagnetic field generated by the sample device 100, and an electromagnetic field strength indicator 6 measures electromagnetic field strengths of the first frequency and the second frequency. A signal determination unit 11 interpolates the strength of the frequency to be measured with the strengths of the first frequency and the second frequency when a difference between the strengths of the first frequency and the second frequency is an acceptable value or less, and a data processing unit 14 generates electromagnetic noise distribution data on the basis of the interpolated value.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-performance connector mounting board device by stabilizing potential of a ground terminal of a connector.SOLUTION: In a configuration in which a ground 2 is formed on one surface of a dielectric substrate 1, and differential signal lines 11 and 12 are formed on the other surface of the dielectric substrate 1, a ground removal part 13 removed in a rectangular shape is disposed on the immediately underlying ground 2 on which the differential signal lines 11 and 12 and an isolation element 10 are arranged, and a ground terminal 4 of a differential transmission connector 3 and the ground 2 formed immediately below the ground terminal 4 are electrically connected to each other. Therefore, the ground terminal 4 of the differential transmission connector 3 and the ground 2 formed immediately below the ground terminal 4 are electrically connected to each other. This stabilizes the potential of the ground terminal 4 of the differential transmission connector 3, thereby obtaining the high-performance connector mounting board device.
