Thus, there is no possibility of sending a signal in error to other device. Since the device side inhibits the reception of an infrared ray signal, the possibility of malfunction by other infrared ray remote control transmitter is precluded.

Thus, even with pulse noise or impedance dip occurred, a correct output is obtained with error correction by majority decision of plural signals.
