摘要： A waste heat collecting apparatus includes a loop-type heat pipe and a valve device. The loop-type heat pipe includes a vaporizing portion, a condensing portion, and a connecting portion. The valve device includes a driving portion and a valve body. The driving portion is configured to be actuated in accordance with at least one of pressure of the first medium, temperature of the first medium, and temperature of the second medium. The valve body is formed integrally with the driving portion for opening and closing the connecting portion in association with the driving portion. The valve device is provided at one of (a) a position downstream of the condensing portion, and (b) a position upstream of the vaporizing portion.

摘要： An exhaust heat recovery apparatus includes an evaporation unit, a condensation unit, an evaporation-side communication part and a condensation-side communication part. The evaporation unit is disposed in an exhaust gas passage through which an exhaust gas flows and performs heat exchange between the exhaust gas and an operation fluid flowing therein, thereby evaporating the operation fluid. The condensation unit is disposed in a coolant passage through which an engine coolant flows and performs heat exchange between the operation fluid and the engine coolant, thereby condensing the operation fluid. The evaporation-side communication part connects the evaporation unit and the condensation unit for introducing evaporated operation fluid to the condensation unit. The condensation-side communication part connects the condensation unit and the evaporation unit for introducing condensed operation fluid to the evaporation unit. The condensation-side communication part is provided with a throttle part.

摘要： A waste heat recovery device includes a heat pipe in which a working fluid for transporting heat is enclosed, and a mode-switching valve for switching a heat recovery mode and a heat insulation mode. The heat pipe has a heating part for heating and evaporating the working fluid and a cooling part for cooling and condensing the evaporated working fluid. The heating part is made of a steel through which hydrogen gas permeates about at 500° C. and higher. In the heat recovery mode, the waste heat recovery device recovers heat of exhaust gas by using the heat pipe. Furthermore, in the heat insulation mode, a heat transport from the heating part to the cooling part is stopped.

摘要： A dispersible colorant suitable for ink-jet recording ink is manufactured by a method using aqueous precipitation polymerization. The ink has high dispersion stability and can form a high-quality image excellent in fastness properties. The method includes at least a dispersing step of dispersing a colorant into an aqueous solution by means of a dispersant, an aqueous precipitation polymerization step of adding a resin monomer and a radical polymerization initiator to the solution into which the colorant is dispersed to manufacture a dispersible colorant having a chargeable resin pseudo-fine particle, fixing thereon by means of aqueous precipitation polymerization, and an ultrafiltration step of subjecting the aqueous solution containing the dispersible colorant to ultrafiltration to obtain the dispersible colorant.

By this method, the movable member is formed in the nozzle channel between the ink inlet and the exothermic resistor to thereby provide a high-density, high-accuracy ink jet recording head which can improve a frequency response while maintaining proper discharge performance.
