    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent reliability, by forming a semiconductor device, using a silicon wafer having on the surface a naturally oxidized film having a peak position of a longitudinal optical mode of Si-O stretching vibration in a specific range. SOLUTION: In case of forming a naturally oxidized film by a cleaning method by the use of hydrogen peroxide water, effect of voids in a naturally oxidized film on a silicon wafer surface remains in a silicon semiconductor device. If these voids are reduced, it becomes possible to obtain a silicon semiconductor device excellent in reliability (endurability, etc.). Accordingly, it becomes possible to obtain a silicon semiconductor device excellent in reliability, by performing its formation by the use of a silicon wafer having a peak position of an LO(longitudinal optical) mode of Si-O stretching vibration in the naturally oxidized film on the silicon wafer surface before the formation of an insulating film at 1,200 cm to 1,251 cm , i.e., a silicon wafer having on the surface the naturally oxidized film having the peak position (absorbing position) of the LO mode of the Si-O stretching vibration at 1,200 cm to 1,251 cm .

    • PURPOSE: To evaluate the degree of saccharinity of a fruit in a nondestructive manner and quickly by measuring longitudinal and lateral relaxation time of a nucleus of hydrogen in a water molecule contained in fruit juice. CONSTITUTION: When a watermelon 15 is put in the center of a bore of a main coil 1, that is, in a static magnetic field in the direction of the axis (z), a magnetic field moment of a spin of a nucleus of hydrogen of fruit juice precesses around an axis parallel to the axis (z). While a gradient magnetic field is impressed 2 in the direction of the axis (z), a selective 90-degree pulse is impressed by a probe coil 3 and a slice area in the direction of the axis (z) is limited. Then only the spin in a specific slice plane intersecting the axis (z) perpendicularly changes direction at an angle of 90 degrees.
