    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable definite mixing and agitating concrete and an accelerating agent while avoiding clogging in a supply pipe caused by the mixing of the accelerating agent. SOLUTION: In a rotary type concrete spray machine with which a concrete sent through a concrete supply sleeve 16 is projected by an impeller device 18 provided at the tip portion of a supply sleeve 16, the impeller device is equipped with an inside impeller 30, an outside impeller 28, and a guide sleeve 34 having a communicating opening interposed between them. Thus, the supply sleeve 16 is coaxially arranged with a casing sleeve 14 bearing a rotation drive mechanism portion 20 of an impeller device by opening a predetermined gap at the inner side of the casing sleeve 14, and is a double tube pipe construction consisting of a concrete supply sleeve 16 with the tip facing the inside impeller 30 of the impeller device 18. And a supply pipe 21 of the liquid accelerating agent is piped to the gap of both the sleeves 14, 16, and the accelerator agent jetting nozzle 22 is connected to the tip of he supply pipe at the tip position of the concrete supply sleeve 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excavating method for a TBM machine capable of avoiding cost increase and lower working efficiency. SOLUTION: When the natural ground is actually excavated, the resultant force H of cutter torque T and thrust W operating on a cutter head is determined by main gripper reaction G for driving at a resultant force limited value HLim or less for sliding. The cutter torque, a cutter rotating number and an excavating speed obtained during excavation are computed and the strength σof a bed rock is estimated from a predetermined working place area to find a surface pressure limited value gLim for a gripper (S101). The surface pressure limited value gLim is stored in a memory together with drilling position data xi (S102). For the surface pressure (g) during thrusting a pit wall with the gripper, position data corresponding to the present position of the gripper is selected out of the stored limited values gLim . When the gLim is selected, the surface pressure (g) of the gripper is set to be gLim or less and a control signal is delivered from a computer to the gripper so as to thrust the pit wall with the set pressure.
