摘要： A method and an apparatus for providing a contact through interworking with a Social Network Service (SNS) are provided. The method includes receiving, by a client using the other service through SNS interworking, a contact provided in the SNS, determining whether the other party's client having subscribed to the same service as that of the client is present in the received contact, and informing a user of the determination results. Based on the determination results, the client may determine subscription/non-subscription of the other party's client to the service, and may send an invite request for the service if the other party's client has not subscribed to the same service as that of the client. By doing so, the number of targets, subscription/non-subscription of which to a specific service can be determined, may be extended.

摘要： Provided is a system and method for providing a converged messaging service, which can be compatibly used with or replace various services, such as an Instant Messaging (IM) service, a Short Message Service (SMS), a Multimedia Message Service (MMS), a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service, and a PTT over Cellular (PoC) service. To do this, there are defined an architecture and interfacing of a Converged Messaging Client (CMC) and a CM Server (CMS), which are elements of a converged messaging service for being compatibly used with or replacing the various services. In particular, there is suggested a method of enabling interworking between heterogeneous messaging services in an application layer by expending IP Multimedia Core Network (CN) Subsystem (IMS) technology. There is also suggested a method of defining a CM data storage for supporting the converged messaging service and managing a message and metadata stored in the defined CM data storage.

摘要： A method and system are provided for requesting a disposition notification from each group member for an Instant Messaging (IM) message. A sender requests desired group members for a disposition notification for an IM message in a group messaging service. The sender on the transmission side constructs an IM message to include information on the group members designated by the sender and transmits the constructed IM message to an IM server. After receiving the IM message from the sender, the IM server generates IM messages corresponding to the group members based on the information included in the received IM message, and then transmits the generated IM messages to respective group members. Accordingly, only the group members that have received the IM messages can generate their own reports, and then transmit the generated reports to the sender, allowing the sender to receive the disposition notification only from desired group members.

摘要： Disclosed is a mobile communication system and a method for requesting a disposition notification from each group member for an IM message. In the method, a sender can request desired group members for a disposition notification for an IM (Instant Messaging) message in a group messaging service. To this end, the sender on the transmission side constructs an IM message in such a manner as to include information on the group members designated by the sender, and then transmits the constructed IM message to an IM server. After receiving the IM message from the sender, the IM server generates IM messages corresponding to the group members based on the information included in the received IM message, and then transmits the generated IM messages to the group members, respectively. Accordingly, only the group members that have received the IM messages can generate their own reports, and then transmit the generated reports to the sender. 摘要： A converged IP messaging client transmits a session establishment request for interactive message communication. When a converged IP messaging server receives the request, it determines whether a target client of the interactive message communication uses a converged IP messaging service. If not, the converged IP messaging server transmits the session establishment request to an IWF. If it is determined that the target client is an SM client, the IWF generates an interactive message communication request by transforming a format of the session establishment request into an SMS format and transmits the interactive message communication request to the SM client. If the IWF receives an acceptance response from the SM client in response to the interactive message communication request within an effective response time, a session for the interactive message communication can be established between the converged IP messaging client and the SM client.
