摘要： The dye receiving sheet for preparation of a transparency according to the present invention is a sheet to be used in combination with a heat transfer sheet having a dye layer formed thereon and includes (2) a transparent substrate, (3) a transparent receiving layer provided on the transparent substrate for receiving the dye migrating from the heat transfer sheet corresponding to the energy applied from a thermal head and (5) an optically detectable layer provided on at least a part of the heat transferable sheet. By the provision of the optically detectable layer (5), improvement of running performance, operability within a heat-sensitive device as well as image density and sensitivity during printing can be attained, and also a detection mark can be freely added, whereby operability of the dye receiving sheet can be further improved.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an organic transistor active substrate is disclosed. The organic transistor active substrate includes an organic transistor in which a first electrode is formed on a substrate, a first insulating film is formed on the first electrode, a pair of second electrodes is formed on the first insulating film, and an active layer made of an organic semiconductor material is formed on the pair of second electrodes. The organic transistor is laminated with a second insulating film, and the second insulating film is laminated with a third electrode which is electrically coupled to one of the second electrodes via a through-hole provided through the second insulating film. The first electrode is formed by inkjet ejection; the first insulating film is formed by coating; the pair of second electrodes is formed by inkjet ejection; the active layer is formed by inkjet ejection; the second insulating film is formed by screen printing; and the third electrode is formed by screen printing.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide solder bumps sufficiently satisfying the expected functions and having a small diameter which conventional methods cannot attain, a semiconductor device on which these bumps are mounted, and a bump transferring sheet. The present invention provides a method for forming the bumps, which includes forming a solder alloy material layer and flux material layer one by one on an intermediate metallic layer formed on an external electrode pad in a semiconductor device, and then fusing these layers, wherein each of the solder alloy material layer and flux material layer is formed by a liquid spraying method (e.g., ink jetting method).
