摘要： A screw compressor comprises a casing, and a male and a female rotor formed with axially twisted screw grooves and accommodated in the casing, the both rotors being rotated by timing gears fixed to the respective rotors while a desired minute gap is kept therebetween, and a method of manufacturing rotors therefor. In the screw compressor, the male and female rotors formed with axially twisted screw grooves in the casing comprise concave stripes having a minute depth and provided on the respective screw grooves to extend along directions of twist thereof, and leakage of a compressed air is less to give a high compression efficiency.

摘要： There is provided an ultrasonic diagnostic system in which an ultrasonic probe is detachably connected thereto, and ultrasonic waves are transmitted from the ultrasonic probe into the subject to obtain received signals through receiving the ultrasonic waves reflected within the subject, thereby displaying for a diagnosis an image carrying information based on the received signals, and is also provided an ultrasonic module including a processing circuit for the received signals, the ultrasonic module being used in the ultrasonic diagnostic system. The diagnotics system and the diagnostic module according to the present invention permit the more extensive patients to have an ultrasonic diagnosis, and also permit the operator to have a higher level of computer support. The ultrasonic module is connected through a general-purpose interface to a computer system. An ultrasonic module, which has, as a main element, an analog unit for performing an analog signal processing, is connected to another computer system.

The multi-layer wiring part is integrally formed on the ceramic substrate. The die pad is provided on a surface of the multi-layer wiring part. One end of the thermal via connects to the die pad, while the other end of the thermal via passes through the multi-layer wiring part and extends at least to the ceramic substrate. The thermal via is electrically insulated from the multi-layer wiring part. In the second multi-layer wiring substrate, at least one of end portions of the above thermal via is wider than a section of the other portion of the thermal via, resulting in further improvement of the heat dissipating property.

A light detecting device has a direction of light detection coincident with the predetermined direction and detects the light-position of the light beam reflected by the eye fundus which depends on the refractive power of the eye to be examined.
