摘要： An endoscope washer system comprises: an endoscope having a channel positioned on the inside thereof and comprising an insertion portion and an operating unit; and an endoscope washer device comprising a fluid supplying channel capable of moving between a retreated position distanced from the channel of the endoscope set in a predetermined position within the cleaning sink and a first utilizing position, to which the fluid supplying channel advances, toward the channel side from this retreated position, and makes connection to the channel of the endoscope, and a fluid channel drive mechanism that recognizes that the endoscope is positioned at the predetermined position within the cleaning sink, and automatically moves the fluid supplying channel from the retreated position to the first utilizing position.

摘要： In a washing/disinfecting tank of an endoscope washing/disinfecting device, an endoscope connection portion to be joined to a connector portion of an endoscope body is provided, and receiving-side bases to be connected to each of pipelines of the endoscope body are provided. In washing/disinfecting the endoscope body, the connector portion is opposed to the endoscope connection portion in the predetermined positioned state, and then, a switch is turned on. Then, an electromagnet disposed at the endoscope connection portion is excited so as to attract and fix the connector portion by a generated magnetic force.

摘要： There is provide an apparatus for washing and disinfecting an endoscope having a duct for detecting a water leakage, the duct having an opening to which a fitting is attached. The apparatus comprises a nozzle unit having a nozzle to supply a gas into the duct via the fitting in a case where the nozzle is inserted into the fitting and a base member holding the nozzle member. The apparatus further comprises a gas supplying unit capable of supplying the gas to the nozzle, a shifting unit capable of shifting the base member toward the fitting of the endoscope, and a controlling unit controlling drive of the shifting unit to shift the base toward the fitting and to drive of the gas supplying unit to allow the nozzle to blow the gas from before the nozzle reaches the fitting.

摘要： An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus 1 according to the prevent invention includes an apparatus body 2 including a cleaning tank 6 for storing an endoscope retaining tray 4 in which an endoscope 5 is stored, a top cover 3 provided to the apparatus body 2 and caused by a cover body opening/closing mechanism unit to rotationally move between an open-state stop position and a closed-state stop position, a wireless tag 14 provided to either one of the endoscope retaining tray 4 and the endoscope 5 stored in the endoscope retaining tray 4 and transmitting information for identifying the type of the endoscope 5, a wireless receiver unit 22 provided to the apparatus body 2 and receiving the information of the wireless tag 14, and a control unit 10 provided to the apparatus body 2 and determining whether or not to cause an opening movement of the top cover 3 on the basis of the information obtained by the wireless receiver unit 22 to thereby control the rotational movement by the cover body opening/closing mechanism unit. Accordingly, cleaning and disinfection of the used endoscope can be hygienically and effectively performed.

摘要： A managing system manages not only an endoscope washer-disinfector performing cleaning and disinfection with an insertion tube of an endoscope but also an endoscope apparatus performing an endoscopic examination using the endoscope. The system comprises an acquiring unit and a manger. The acquiring unit acquires information indicative of a finish time of the endoscopic examination which is the newest and performed by the endoscope apparatus. The manager manages states of the cleaning and disinfection performed by the endoscope washer-disinfector depending on the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination acquired by the acquiring unit. Every time when an endoscopic examination is finished, the information indicative of the finish time of the endoscopic examination is updated. For example, a length of an elapsing time from the finish of each endoscopic examination is reflected in how the cleaning and disinfection is performed.

摘要： An endoscope washer-disinfector cleans and disinfects an endoscope with a duct. A brush cassette is detachably loaded to a loading part of the washer-disinfector and comprises a brush element and a shaft holding the brush element. Inside the cassette, first and second members are formed to hold the shaft tight therebetween for making the shaft advance and retreat to and from the duct. A lock device separates the second member from the first member so that the second member is located at a first position. The lock device locks the separated second member, when the brush is not loaded on the loading part. When the cassette is loaded to the loading part, the lock device also unlocks the locked second member responsively to an operating force and allows the second member to be moved to a second position where the first and second members hold tight the shaft.
