The soundproof member 4 is constituted of at least one kind of polymer composition selected from a group consisting of isobutylene-isoprene rubber, reclaimed rubber, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-propylene poly-copolymer, poly-isobutylene partial bridge isobutylene-isoprene rubber and thermoplastic elastomer, and the soundproof member 4 has modulus of repulsion elasticity not more than 35%.
