The user equipment can determine different measurement processes and different types of fed-back channel state information CSI according to different types of measurement processes, so that a user can feed back more accurate downlink channel information to a base station according to the different measurement processes and different types of fed-back channel state information CSI, thereby improving performance of data transmission between the base station and the user equipment.
