摘要： A method for cutting chemically strengthened glass is provided. The chemically strengthened glass includes a first stress layer, a second stress layer, and a tension layer sandwich between the first stress layer and the second stress layer. The method includes: using a green pulsed laser to cut the first stress layer, wherein the green pulsed laser includes a first green pulsed laser having femtosecond level and a second green pulsed laser having nanosecond level; using a ultraviolet pulsed laser to cut the tension layer, wherein the ultraviolet pulsed laser includes a first ultraviolet pulsed laser having femtosecond level and a second ultraviolet pulsed laser having nanosecond level; and using the green pulse layer to cut the second stress layer.

The light exit face is a convex face. The connecting face includes a plurality of inclined reflecting planes located at a circumferential periphery of the lens and extending downwardly and inwardly from a position near to an outer edge of the light exit face toward the light incident face. The inclined reflecting planes of the connecting face are positioned around an optical axis of the lens. An LED light source module includes a plurality of the lens each diverging light from a corresponding LED light source and a light diffuser having a plurality of light diffusing units each over a corresponding lens. Each light diffusing unit has a shape of the regular hexagon.

摘要： An optical film to visually reduce frame size of individual display units within a single large display includes four film portions connected to each other to form a rectangular frame of each individual display unit. Each film portion has strip-shaped micro-structures of triangular cross-section, and includes a bottom surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. The bottom surfaces of the micro-structures are connected to each other. The first side surfaces and the second side surfaces are obliquely connected, the second side surface of one micro-structure being at the outermost side of each film portion. Angle θ1 between the first side and bottom surface of each micro-structure is less than angle θ2 between the first side surface and the second side surface and the sum of first and second angles θ1 and θ2 is less than 90°.

摘要： A method of forming a film on a component includes providing a curing device. The curing device includes a grooved receiving die, a suction device, and a UV curing system. The suction device vacuum-lifts the component into the groove and a gap between the component and the groove is thus created. A vacuum is created in the gap and a UV curing glue is injected into the gap, the UV curing glue being selected from a monomer, an oligomer, and a photoinitiator. The UV curing glue is cured by the UV curing system and the component with a cured film is easily demolded.
