    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide power plant facility using LNG vaporizer capable of using cold by modifying an existing LNG vaporizer.
      SOLUTION: An intermediate thermal medium evaporating at intermediate heating medium evaporator 21 drives and rotates an expansion turbine 23 and electric power output is provided by a generator 24. The intermediate heating medium discharged from the expansion turbine 23 exchanges heat with intake cooling medium at an intake cooling medium heat exchanger 30. The intake cooling medium is sent into an intake air cooler 31 to cool intake air compressed by a gas turbine of a gas turbine power generating device 14. Power generation output of the gas turbine power generating device 14 can be increased by intake air cooling. An existing device can be used as LNG vaporizer 12.
