    • PURPOSE:To obtain a foil winding type stationary induction apparatus in which local overheating caused by eddy currents concentrated to the upper and lower end of its winding can be suppressed and whose reliability can be improved by a method wherein the foil winding is divided into a plurality of windings and the divided windings are classified into the upper winding group and the lower winding group with the center of the axial direction as a boundary and the upper group windings and the lower group windings are connected in parallel with each other and the divided windings in the upper group and the divided windings in the lower group are connected in series respectively. CONSTITUTION:A stationary induction apparatus has foil windings which are formed by putting metal sheets upon insulating sheets and winding around a metal leg 1. The foil winding is divided into a plurality of windings and the divided windings are classified into the upper winding group and the lower winding group with the center of the axial direction as a boundary and the upper group windings and the lower group windings are connected in parallel with each other and the divided windings in the upper group and the divided windings in the lower group are connected in series respectively. For instance, an outer winding 2b is divided into four windings A, B, C and D and the widths of the metal sheets forming the respective divided windings A, B, C and D are approximately equal. The divided windings B and C are connected to a high voltage lead side (u) and the divided windings A and D are connected to a neutral lead side (n). With the center of the axial direction as a boundary, the upper windings A and B and the lower windings C and D are connected in parallel with each other and, further, the winding A is connected to the winding B in series and the winding C is connected to the winding C in series. An inner winding 2a has a structure same as the structure of the cuter winding 2b.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a wind-clamping phenomenon and a nonuniform annealing and to secure the low iron loss characteristics by a method wherein the wound core is constituted of plural core blocks divided in the laminated direction of amorphous magnetic alloy thin belts and respectively wound up in the prescribed shape and are respectively annealed. CONSTITUTION:Core blocks 3a-3c, which are respectively formed by winding amorphous magnetic alloys and are respectively formed in the configuration of a curve at the four corners thereof and in the configuration of a straight-line at the other parts, are separately formed and after an annealing is performed on each core block, the core blocks are assembled and the amorphous magnetic alloy wound core is constituted. Hereby the wound core is formed in a configuration that the core blocks mutually adhere at the straight-line parts thereof and cavities 7 exist at the four corners thereof. As a result, a wind-clamping phenomenon at the four corner parts of the wound core is prevented and a reduction in the magnetism characteristics of the amorphous alloy thin belts, which is caused by an excessive stress, is eliminated. Furthermore, as an annealing is performed on each core block 3a-3c, there is no overannealing and underannealing on account of a nonuniformity of the temperature distribution. Accordingly a drop of the characteristics of the thin belts is eliminated. Moreover, an assemble, support, cooling and so forth of the core can be executed utilizing the cavities 7 located at the four corners thereof.

CONSTITUTION:V type junctions wherein joint irons 2a are perfectly divided by the edge angle theta of a leg iron 1 are formed in the central part of iron core with leg iron width of L1 and the maximum joint iron width W making iron sheet wider. On the other hand, Y type junctions wherein the V type edges of leg irons 1 are slipped in the upper and lower directions of joint irons 2 are formed in the parts with narrower leg iron width of L2, L3 conbined with the joint iron width W to make the cutting-off angle theta at the V type edge constant. In such a constitution, the leg irons 1 abut against the joint legs 2 at all parts of iron core not only to make the most of orientation characteristics but also to make the cut off angle theta of joint irons 2 by the leg irons 1 almost constant so that the problem of constantly changing the cutting off angle may be substantially solved.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to make the best use of the low iron loss characteristics of an amorphous magnetic alloy thin strip by a method wherein the thin strip, to be wound around a wound-core, is formed in such a manner that the width of the inner side is made wider than that of the outer side. CONSTITUTION:When the curvature of yoke parts 4a and 4b is made larger as much as possible and one half of the circle, having the width W of a core window 5 as the diameter, is set as the extreme inner circumference and they are lap-wound, the bent part of small curvature is eliminated, and a winding work can be performed without increasing the tension so much when a coiling work is performed. On the other hand, pertaining to the widths Da-Df of partial cores 12a-12f, the width Da is the widest, the width becomes narrower in the order of Db, Dc, De and Df, and the cores are stacked from the side of the core window 5 in the order of 12b, 12c, 12d and 12f. As a result, the width of a thin strip 6a to be wound becomes narrower, it can be wound with small tension, and the tension applied to the thin strip can be reduced, thereby enabling to prevent the generation of buckling of core leg parts 2a and 2b.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent dielectric breakdown between a rotor and armture winding by arranging conductive linear bodies to an insulating cylinder for supporting armature winding so as not to make up a closed circuit while grounding one ends of the linear bodies and electrostatically shielding the bodies. CONSTITUTION:Superconducting winding 2 generating high magnetic flux is mounted to a superconducting rotor 1, and the whole is grounded. Armature winding supporting cylinders 4 consisting of insulating materials are oppositely disposed on an outer circumferent of the superconducting rotor 1 through a void 3, and armature winding 5 is installed on the surfaces of the cylinders. A ground insulating layer 6, a stator core 7 grounded and a stator frame 8 are arranged toward the outer diameter directions successively. Thin conductor wires 9 are zigzag disposed on the surfaces of the outer circumferences of the supporting cylinders 4 in shapes that the wires extend along the axial direction, are folded at end sections and extend to the opposite side in the axial direction again, and the one ends are grounded and the other ends are opened. Thus, an interlinkage area of the rotor to high magnetic flux is decreased, an opened loop is formed to eddy currents and local heating can be removed.
