CONSTITUTION:A structure is formed by overlapping illuminating plates 10 with each other in a contact surface therebetween with at least one of the illuminating plates 10 stepped. Further a space in a horizontal direction between a roof joint frame 9 and the illuminating plate 10 is formed larger than the overlapping margin of the fellow illuminating plates 10, and a leaf spring 12 for pressing the illuminating plate 10 to a horizontal direction opposite side is provided in a side end of at least the one roof joint frame 9 overlapped with each other in the horizontal direction. While retaining metal fixtures 11a to 11d are mounted to the roof joint frame 9 with a fixed space from the illuminating plate 10 in the upper thereof with constitution provided such that all the illuminating plates 10 can be mounted to and removed from the roof joint frame 9 from inside a riding cage without removing the leaf spring 12 and the retaining metal fixtures 11a to 11d.

    • PURPOSE: To maintain the safety of passengers in a car by installing a plurality of press springs for tightly holding a middle side plate in the connected side face of a corner side plate adjacent to the middle side plate, and tightly fitting the middle side plate from the inside of the car room. CONSTITUTION: As a middle side plate 3 is fitted between corner side plates 2 and 2 from a front face, the middle side plate 3 is held between a press spring 4 bent to be out of the rear part of the adjacent corner side plate and a joint plate 7 attached to the adjacent corner side plate side face, and the middle side plate side face and the joint plate 7 are tightly fixed to each other. When the middle side plate 3 is further pushed outside, the middle side plate rear part is butted on the projected part of the joint plate backside and positioned. Thus, the middle side plate 3 and the joint plate 7 are maintained in a tightly fixed state, and the middle side plate 3 is prevented from being removed to the outside.

      CONSTITUTION: Reinforcing members 2, 3 are positioned on a surface panel 1 so as to fit to end faces similarly as in conventional ways. Positioning of reinforcing members 4 is performed by fitting to positioning holes 9 drilled by a numerical control general use automatic machine similarly as for wiring holding holes on the reinforcing members 2. Other reinforcing members 5W7 are also positioned similarly. After positioned, they are applied spot welding. By this construction, marking-off work can be omitted and operation efficiency can be improved.
