    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in the alloy characteristics of a joined part, and to prevent generation of cracks by heating a joined surface layer part at the melting temperature or the vapor temperature of the filler metal through the high frequency energization or the induction heating under the vacuum condition, and closely attaching, pressing and joining each end. SOLUTION: Heat-resistant alloy joining materials 1a, 1b supported by carbons or high frequency energization electrodes 2a, b are arranged opposite to each other in a chamber 20 which is also used as an earth, and evacuation is made down to the pressure of 2×10 Pa. The whole joining materials 1a, 1b are heated to approximately 800 deg.C by a heater or a low frequency induction heater 12, the high frequency power is supplied to the joining materials 1a, 1b from high frequency power sources 4a, 4b, a joined surface layer part is melted in approximately two seconds, the load of approximately 5kgf/mm is applied to the joining surface by a load applying device 5, and after welding, the high frequency energization is stopped. After the welding, the controlled cooling is performed making use of the heater 12. A matching device 3 to efficiently supply the high frequency power to the joining surface is connected to the high frequency power sources 4.
