摘要： In an organic light-emitting display apparatus and a method of manufacturing the same, the organic light-emitting display apparatus comprises: at least one transistor, each including a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, and source and drain electrodes; a first capacitor including a first electrode formed on the same plane as the semiconductor layer, a second electrode formed on the same plane as the gate electrode, and a third electrode formed on the same plane as the source and drain electrodes; a second capacitor including a first electrode formed on the same plane as the semiconductor layer and comprising ion impurities, and a second electrode formed on the same plane as the gate electrode; a pixel electrode formed on the same plane as the gate electrode and electrically connected to the transistor; a light-emitting layer disposed on the pixel electrode; and an opposite electrode disposed on the light-emitting layer and facing the pixel electrode.

摘要： In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device including a planar type transistor and a fin type transistor, a substrate having a first region and a second region is partially to form an isolation trench defining an isolation region and an active region. An insulation layer liner is formed on sidewalls of the isolation trench in the first region and the second region. An isolation layer fills an inner portion of the isolation trench. The insulation layer liner is partially removed to expose an upper surface of the substrate in the gate region of the first region, and an upper surface and sidewalls of the substrate in the gate region of the second region. A gate oxide layer and a gate electrode are formed on the exposed substrate.

The disk drive includes a circuit that causes the head to move across the disk in a seek routine. A head heater element is driven to move the head into contact with the disk. A read signal provided by the head is filtered through a band pass filter that has a center frequency. The frequency that produces the maximum signal is selected as the center frequency for the band pass filter. The drive can monitor subsequent head contact during an off-track operation by detecting output from the band pass filter.

Accordingly, when printing is performed by receiving document data from an application program that lacks a paper size editing function, the document data can be received from the application program according to a selected virtual paper size using a printing preview function, conversion to printing data of a currently set printing paper size, and printed. Thus, waste of printing paper and working time due to the printing data loss can be reduced.
