    • The invention relates to a nozzle for spraying liquid substances, dispersions, emulsions, or suspensions into a fluid bed granulator system. The aim of the invention is to create a generic nozzle especially for use in food industry and chemical industry, which is characterized by good accessibility while being easy to disassemble and assemble without great effort for a due cleaning process. Said aim is achieved by the fact that the inner tube (3) of the nozzle is mounted inside a receiving block (11) that is detachably fastened to a tube (10) which is disposed in a fixed manner in the bottom area of a basic lance member (9) and can be removed therefrom along with the inner tube (3) and the add-on pieces possibly joined thereto while a fastening device (8) which detachably connects the nozzle to the process housing (15) of the fluid bed granulator system is arranged in the bottom area of the outer tube (2) of the nozzle.

    • The invention relates to a device for continuously treating solids in a fluidised bed apparatus, comprising a round process chamber with a solids inlet and a solids outlet, and a distributor plate which is adapted to the inner contour of said process chamber and beneath which a media inlet is arranged to produce and maintain the fluidised bed. According to the invention, on said distributor plate (1) there is a separating wall (2) that protrudes radially inwards from the process chamber (3, 9) inner wall (10) and into said process chamber (3, 9). The solids inlet (5) is located on one side close to the separating wall (2), and the solids outlet (6) is on the other side close to the separating wall (2). It is particularly advantageous to arrange, on the distributor plate (1) and along the axis of the process chamber (9), a displacer element (8) that is connected to said separating wall (2). This has the advantage that, in a process chamber that has a round cross-section while the fluidised bed is also flat, an evenly directed flow of solids in the horizontal direction is obtained over a longer distance. Such a device allows a narrow spectrum of residence time.

    • The invention relates to a method and an associated apparatus for treating fine-grained material in a spouted bed. The aim of the invention is to devise a method and design an associated apparatus for treating fine-grained material in a spouted bed which eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art, allow different process conditions in the process chamber to be adjusted in a regulated manner, and has a simple and inexpensive structure. The disclosed method is characterized in that a nearly circular gas flow of the fluidizer is generated in the process chamber (5) by means of an external annular gap (7) lying on the y-z plane, the diameter of said nearly circular gas flow expanding outward in the direction of the x axis inside the process chamber (5), and a nearly circular gas flow of the fluidizer is generated by means of an internal annular gap (8) lying on the y-z plane, the diameter of said nearly circular gas flow expanding inward within the process chamber (5). The disclosed apparatus is characterized in that a displacement member (2) and an annular central contour (9) are centrally disposed in the lower region of the process chamber (5) in such a way that an internal annular gap (7) is formed between the displacement member (2) and the inner contour of the annular central contour (9), while an external annular gap (8) is formed between the outer contour of the annular central contour (9) and the lower outer edge of the process chamber (5) in order to feed the fluidizer.

    • The invention relates to a method and a device for producing and/or conditioning powdered material. The aim of the invention is to devise a method and an associated device which are used for producing and/or conditioning powdered material in a spouted bed comprising inert particles and in which a dry, fine powder having a very small particle diameter is produced at a low cost and at adequately large quantities in a continuous operation. Said aim is achieved by a method which is characterized in that the material is treated in several stages in a spouted bed comprising inert particles. In said method, the powdered material that is preprocessed in a first spouted bed and is separated from the larger material particles in an integrated dust collector is fed to a superimposed second spouted bed as a material-gas flow along with the gas flow discharged from the first spouted bed in order to be further reduced in size and be conditioned. After separating the fine particles from the larger material particles in a dust collector that is integrated into the second stage, the fine particles are discharged from the two-stage spouted bed treatment along with the gas flow as a powdered material having very small particle diameters. The separated larger material particles are once again fed to the second spouted bed of the second jet chamber. The device according to the invention comprises a spouted bed apparatus in which a jet chamber encompassing an integrated dust collector as well as a second superimposed jet chamber encompassing another integrated dust collector are disposed.
