    • PURPOSE: To provide a cable clamp by which the extracting direction of a cable can be selected and by which the reliability of the extracting operation of the cable is enhanced by a method wherein the cable which has gone out from an opening for cable extraction is passed through a through port in a base part and the cable is extracted through a gap generated by a recessed part and by an upper lid. CONSTITUTION: A cable 4 which is extracted from a motor through an opening 31 for cable extraction is passed through a through port 11, and it is placed on any of four recessed parts 12. The cable 4 is extracted through a gap 22 for cable extraction when an upper lid 2 is slidden, and it is fixed firmly by the recessed part 12 in a base part 1 and the upper lid 2. Since the upper lid 2 can be slidden and inserted from any side of the base part 1, the extracting direction of the cable 4 can be selected easily from a required direction. In addition, even when an external force is applied to the cable 4, an extraction structure of high reliability can be formed because the cable 4 is fixed by the recessed part 12 and the upper lid 2.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a stator assembly for a motor in which the process for assembling various kinds of stator assemblies, having different functions on the side of a front supporting member, can be shared at least partially. CONSTITUTION: The stator assembly comprises a stator core 14, and front and rear supporting members 16, 18 disposed, respectively, at the front and rear ends of the stator core 14 in order to hold and secure the stator core 14. The front supporting member 16 comprises an auxiliary element 22 being secured to the stator core 14 and a main element 24 being fixed to the front end of the auxiliary element 22. A front bearing 32 for supporting a shaft 28 is fitted in the central hole 30 of the main element 24 whereas a rear bearing 44 for supporting the shaft 28 is fitted in the central hole 42 of the rear supporting member 18. The main element 24 is secured to the auxiliary element 22 after a semi-assembly, comprising the stator core 14, the rear supporting member 18 and the auxiliary element 22, is subjected to finish work. The main element, serving as a brake housing, can be coupled with the auxiliary element 22 in place of the main element 24.

CONSTITUTION:In the stator 12 of a synchronous motor, an insulator 26 for electrically insulating a stator winding 20 contained in a slot 14 for a winding from the stator core 12a of a magnetic circuit element has an insulating main part 30 covering a winding slot 14 alternately formed with a stator tooth 18 in the inner circumferential surface of a stator core 12a and an insulating auxiliary part taking the form of a sharp rising wall toward the inside of the winding slot 14 from an opening 16. The electrical insulation distance from the winding 20 to the tooth end 18a of a stator tooth 18 can be set to a proper value without deteriorating the winding operation of the stator winding 20.

    • PURPOSE: To ensure the distance of electric insulation between a wiring and an iron core without being an obstacle to the installation work of winding. CONSTITUTION: An insulating material 10, which electrically insulates a stator iron core 16 and a winding 16 from each other, is equipped with a main insulator 30 which directly covers the wall face (that is, the inside periphery 16a of a stator iron core 16, the side face 18a of a tooth 18, and one side face 24a of a hook 24) of a slot 20, and an auxiliary insulator 32 which substantially blocks the opening 26 of the slot 20, being extended in the direction of mutual proximity integrally from the regions of both margins of the main insulator 30 arranged in the opposite hooks 24 of adjacent teeth 18. The auxiliary insulator 32 has flexibility by which it is transformed relatively easily by external force, and also has repulsion to flexure, that is, firmness by which it restores to the original state at relatively slow speed after transformation, so that it may not hinder the installation work of the winding 22 to the slot 20 passed through the opening 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of anisotropic peaks in the magnetic characteristics of the laminated stator in a synchronous motor and reduce the magnitude of the ripples in the torque of the synchronous motor. SOLUTION: A steel plate 3 is stamped out using a metal mold 1 to form stator cores 6, and the said stator cores 6 are laminated to manufacture a laminated stator for synchronous motors. In this method of manufacture, a plurality of stamping dies (upper dies 1a, lower dies 1b) of the same shape are arranged at angles varied to the anisotropy 4 of the magnetic characteristics of the steel plate 3 to form the metal mold 1. The steel plate 3 is stamped out using the metal mold 1 to form a plurality of the stator cores 6A, 6B, 6C,... different in the anisotropy of the magnetic characteristics, and the plurality of the obtained stator cores are laminated to form the laminated stator 7 with the positions of peaks in the anisotropy of their magnetic characteristics dispersed in the direction of the circumference of the stator cores.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a rotor of synchronous motors that is simply manufactured without impairment of productivity and that effectively reduces slot ripples containing a wide variety of component. CONSTITUTION: A rotor 10 consists of a plurality of permanent magnets 14 that are placed on the circumference of a rotary shaft 12. A plurality of core members 16 that hold the individual permanent magnets 14 between them in the circumferential direction and that are placed on the circumference of the rotary shaft 12. Each of the core members 16 has a pair of sides 24 that extend in parallel with the axis A and are in contact with adjacent permanent magnets 14. A circumferential surface 28 that is opposed to a stator encircling the rotor 10. Each of the circumferential surfaces 28 has a convex curved shape between both sides 24, and the line segment L connecting their apexes extends at an angle α to the axis A in the direction of circumference. Each of the permanent magnets 14 is almost a rectangular parallelepiped that stretches the full length of the core member 16. Since the circumferential surface 28 of the core member 16 is linearly inclined, a wide variety of components in slot ripples that are produces during the rotation of the rotor 10, is effectively reduced.
